  • Horrible Calendar

    This is one of the worst calendar
    programs I have ever used.
    Out of the office you have to call your office to have appointments entered because of such poor design it is impossible to do from the mobile app!!
  • It’s OK, at best.

    Feels very outdated and hard to navigate and use. I’m a relatively tech-educated millennial and I avoid using this app unless I have no other choice.
  • Slow and unresponsive

    Things do not seem to respond when you touch them. The timer just spins and spins, eventually it loads.

    Contact information is easy to find, but there is no registration information on accounts. It would be more useful if I could tell if the account was an IRA, JtWros, TOD etc
  • Can't click on contacts

    Can't open or search for contacts--completely unresponsive. Everything else seems to work okay

    App crashes every time since the update. It has been over a week. When is a fix coming???
  • Should be much more efficient! Needs major overhaul from scratch!

    The update crashes after login every time!!!!
    1. All Dials from application should auto date stamp and create activity in contact record.
    2. Smartpad shoul automatically add a activity as a not call or todo back to contact record.
    3. You really overcomplicate creating a lead or prospect list. Way too much going on there.
    4. In 2015 It's vital to post docs/pdf's to contact record from the app!
    5. Email integration is antiquated as is ms os. Desktop non html is irritating and you market 90% of actions can be completed on SOA. Not true! Lose the outdated Lotus Notes backbone of this CRM. Trying to make it adapt to today's world is costly and lacks in results. Simplify and streamline interface without all the sub-menus, reports that are garbage I use 3-5 but should be able to creat from a simple Bolean menu or drop down not a completely different application within the app. I can't keep track of all the differs categories I have to creat for clients. I could go on & on!!!!

    I'm so fed up with this companies desktop and iOS software - It does little while trying to do too much. IOS app is so frustrating - prior to the update it functioned doing the few tasks it can do while trying to integrate too many other functions. Guys, time to loose the barley salvageable backbone of this CRM; antiquated Lotus Notes, while trying to make it operate in a HTML 5 world!!!
    That recent update is useless. I can't figure out why you EBIX who caters to financial advisors, Insurance and Medical field, cannot make a functional app that works efficiently and enhances productivity not bog you down with patches, slow your browser down with add-on software not one but 4-5 running simultaneously. The software is great on looks but design & functionality are poor.

    Tries to do too much and user spends a lot of time trying to link and update data while losing valuable but productive time trying to integrate and link clients to activities. The have a "smartpad" that tracks actions but doesn't entries in it do no automatically update to tasks and todos and contact activities w/o going back in the contact manually & integrating each time. When dialing from app it does not record call with day & time stamp in activity log. I have to manually do it and record notes. When dialing out of an app. it should automatically time stamps the contact record as a dial!!!!! Not complicated stuff! I can't post docs on iOS app unless thru email from contacts, app still uses only smtp while desktop version uses exchange so they offer a 3rd party that I pay $15 a month. I thought CRM is supposed to help you save time not waste time trying to get it to function how advertised.
