What’s up with the biometric resetting?

We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with Face ID resetting. We have heard this feedback from a number of members and have changed our system settings to address your concern. You should not have this issue going forward, although you will still need to occasionally re-verify your credentials. Thank you for helping us improve the app with your feedback.
