  • What’s up with the biometric resetting?

    Why do I have to constantly remind the app I use Face ID? It seems like the app just resets its cache or something. Very annoying. The app isn’t relying on its own biometric, but the phone’s. Why is it resetting?

    Great update all the other features were great and I’m excited for them but when I click on the card option it crashes

    We appreciate the feedback. App review prompts should only appear 3 times within a 365-day period. If you are receiving more than this, you may want to ensure your app and phone OS are up-to-date. If this is an ongoing issue, our team can help troubleshoot with one-on-one support at 907-459-5900. You can also turn off all app review pop-ups by going to Settings > App Store > In-App Ratings and Reviews.
  • Annoying login procedure

    Extremely annoying because it keeps asking me to enter my username and password to enable Face ID, EVERY time! What’s the point of having that feature then? Don’t tell me it’s because your security system is learning my behavior or that phishing scams are on the rise, or … Other similar apps work just fine. Also, this is by far the slowest app (or the server) I use, because it loads for ever after it finally accepts my login credentials.

    We apologize for our late response on this review. Thank you for letting us know that you were experiencing login issues with FaceID. An update was released in April 2022 that addressed FaceID login errors. If you are still experiencing these issues after updating to version 21.3, please call 907-459-5900.

    Great mobile app. Waiting for the roll out of RDC and know it’s not long for that! Great work and effort from Spirit of Alaska staff. By far the best credit union in Alaska! Truly local financial institution!

  • Good but buggy

    I’ll download this app, use it for some time (a month or so) and then all of a sudden I’ll be told that my credentials are not recognized. Have to re install the app once a month.
