Application customer service
Customer service within the application is not good at all. They donโt help when food not arrive and cannot give a correct answer. Next time I will use talabat as 8Orders is not good at all now.
Stealing money!
My order was cancelled as they were trying to give me less than what I ordered but still charge full price. They say the money has been refunded but itโs not!! Stealing money!! Do not use.
