  • Does not allow me to log in

Thought I’d try to use this as it would be easier than using a web browser. Unfortunately it wouldn’t accept the ID details I have been given despite the browser log in working fine
  • Access is an issue

After 3 years I’m still waiting for access to this app but Bates on the previous comments I can see why. I don’t see why it can’t be assessed with your hospital and nhs number. The nhs app is far easier to access and has facial recognition. If all hospitals linked to that there would be no need for this. In other countries like Estonia there is one home for everything and hospitals can communicate based on this method.

  • Ok but difficult to get in

The two long IDs are a barrier to appropriate usage. Can thumb print/facial recognition log-in be added? Banking apps use them and they access much more sensitive data!
  • Not working

Keep shutting down will not open
  • Just about functional

A very basic but acceptable application with one major flaw.

The major flaw is that in order to log in you have to put in two nine-digit security numbers (and your date of birth). The security numbers have typically been emailed to you, so really you will need to switch between the email app and this app to enter them. However whenever you switch away the number you have entered is deleted. So your only option is to print out the email, write them down or temporarily memorise the nine-digit numbers.

Other issues with the app are: duplicate answers on some questionnaires; hiding key information in a pop up that disappears during the questionnaire so you have to leave the questionnaire to see it again: inadequate information in some questionnaires (particularly no definition of employment support).
