THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE TRANSFER
I’ve been using Pangea for a couple of years now and never had a problem until now. The first time I sent money to my grandma it said Attention Required. I gave Pangea a call but costumer service did not really help with confirming my information or fixing receivers information if that was the problem. All they said was to wait to get my refund in 2-3 business days. Now I have to wait 2-3 days to get my refund and try to do the same transfer again which is really inconvenient for myself and the receiver. I tried again after 2 weeks sending the money AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. They are holding my money and costumer service does not help at all to fix the problem, they just blame it on the other party (country) saying that the problem is there (which that’s a lie because my grandma lets me know they tell her the problem is with Pangea). Now they are telling me to wait 2-3 days again for a refund. Horrible experience, no help what so ever with costumer service, never EVER using this app again. You shouldn’t use it either. Avoid them holding your money for no reason and go with another better app.

Very complicated app
This app is not easy to use, I add to person and ask for more details, ID of other person, a lot of inconvenience. On the second person (My Sister) says her bank account is already in use with another langue account. I called customer service and they said only same bank account in max 2 Pangaea account which is really stupid, so If different family members need to send money to same person is impossible.

Whorst app ever
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY IN THIS APP!!!

Is the same story, they put my transfer on hold because they was asking for more information, then I call costumer service I give all info they ask for and they cancel the transfer for no reason. There's no reason for been messing with people money, if they give you the max amount of money you can transfer, it should be working with no problem I just don't understand.

Do NOT use this service
This is the mom and pop store equivalent of what’s supposed to be an international money transfer business. I called because they put things on hold, and could hear small children in the background, guess they work from home! Also, they gave no pertinent reasons for deny it. If you try to call them, they close in the early evening. I called because they said they needed extra information, they asked for another phone number and email address, and canceled transfer before I’d barely hung the phone up. Save your time and money and use a professional service.

Doesn’t work
This is the worst money transferring service.
I tried sending money 4 different times and every time they would call and say they needed to verify more information. All they would ask me was my name the receivers name and the amount. They would then say okay you’ll get a text when it’s been sent successfully but I would just get a text saying the transfer has been cancelled (no explanation given). Waste of time.

6 fails in one day
6 times I tried to send. From a bank account to another bank account . Bank account to a person. Debit card to a bank account , debit card to a person. Smaller amount, larger amount. ALL of these returned a text of need more information , followed by an unexplained transaction cancelled. Customer service apologized each time and then solved nothing. This app is a waste of time! I’d give it zero stars because it worked zero times!

User friendly
I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs to send money overseas. It is very easy and fast and I have not had any issues sending funds. Thank you!
Easy
The easiest way to send money to my mom in Mexico. She call me/ text me when she needs money and it takes me 30 seconds to send her money to her bank account. I don’t have to leave my room or I just take a couple minutes when I’m at work.
Better than anything else.
I used a competitor for several years and I’m ashamed. I’m never going back. Pangea is like no other. Very user friendly and fast! I love the referral program and my friends have loved being referred because this really is the best way to transfer funds.
