Good bank

Hi my name is faham I actually want to say I do like ur bank service rather than you going to suits me bank

Easy to use

Easy to use app has everything you need just a pity on the rip off charges to transfer on the same day

Good

Ive used this card for a good few years now, I can’t think of anything bad to say, If you want to save money then this is the place to do it, I use this to save my money up and have never had any issues that weren’t my own fault

Would recommend 100%

I've been with engage for over a year now & it has been great and easy to use with no problems

Best banking

Love this bank have used it from the start .
Any problems are sorted and the staff are polite and respectful.
Suits me better than dealing with the larger well known banks.

Text too small

I’m unable to change the text size for my aging eyes. This is an accessibility issue that should be easy to rectify.

Update

So updated as refused to let me access my account, then didn’t recognise my face id, manually input and didn't recognise, pressed to reset passcode and they sent OTP, which again was not recognised, they sent me another OTP and again failed to recognise its own security password. Have been unable to contact anyone as late night on a bank holiday weekend.

Unreliable and unclear

Regularly get kicked out of the app and it doesn’t recognise my sign-in credentials repeatedly until it decides it will recognise them after all. Recent update means you can’t see your actual available balance on the front page - no idea what the thinking behind this is. I don’t use many apps and of all the ones I do use this is by far the worst. I like having a prepaid card, I don’t like the app.

New update

Awful, can no longer see dates of Direct Debits, or amounts and dates in previous transactions, and you have to click on balance to see available balance, I don’t want to see what I did have when I open the app, I want to see what I have left without having to click on anything! Update is rubbish compared to previous one

Face recognition doesn’t seem to work on the updated version, other than that, the new look looks easy to understand
