Envelopes Missing - do not upgrade !
Have been unable to locate the envelopes feature since the upgrade. This is extremely inconvenient as most of my money are distributed across my envelopes so I have no access to my money in the app. Customer service cannot give time frame for when this will be fixed.
On the online version, if you log in too many times in a day, you’re prompted to prove you aren’t a robot then it takes you back to log in screen and you end up stuck in this loop. Customer service suggests clearing cache and cookies to get round this but still doesn’t work.
So I’m officially unable to access my own money until these issues are resolved

Bad update
Since the update I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to log in or it doesn’t get past the authorisation page which is an absolute nightmare, if this issue was fixed my rating would be much higher
Was working fine until new update
Initially gave 5 stars. But since the new update (about a week ago) the app no longer works for me. I can not access anything past the log-in/authorisation screen. Terrible really.

Good Way To Bank
It’s a good way to bank. However, any time I try to use the saving tool it always pops up with saving feature disabled. Overall, i recommend young people to use this as well as olders.
The App
Not happy I always use the app to find out my balance and it was pretty hard to set up now it’s crashed / I have to go online at the momment witch I find pretty hard / leave the app alone / if I was an old lady I wouldn’t be able to get online / also I haven’t got money to find out my balance on my phone not happy at all 😞
