Keeps Crashing
Hoping designers will respond so I can fix I’m trying to add photos to memorize names . . . Keeps crashing when I try to add photos (I’m at 73 photos and need to add another 70) Please help

For some reason (I’m hoping on the designer’s end and not just a reboot) it is working great now. So I’m changing the rating of one to a five.

Please move OK button!
This is just what I was looking for but is so far unusable as I can’t click OK to save an entry as it is under the 4G/battery notification at top right of the screen on iPhone. I can only click cancel. Would love to use this is you can fix it.

Hi developers - if you’re listening - this is a great app when it works but it REALLY needs an update as it’s now quite buggy. I’ve used for years but it needs a refresh (lag time when uploading pictures, search capability, and the other errors listed in reviews). Please please put some time aside to refresh so I can return this to the 5 stars it deserves (and used to have). It’s such an amazing idea…just needs some TLC. UPDATED: Just looked at their website and it appears they are out of business? What a shame.

Frustrating
When creating a contact, you choose the picture then you should be able to click ok. But the button is at the tip of the screen behind the battery icon on my phone so I can’t click it. If I do manage to, before that it has changed the framing of the photo.
Also creating new groups you can’t just import the contacts from other groups.

Interesting to use, however appear to be unable to make any contact regarding the app or even to request account removal.
Sharing feature does not work
It’s good for learning names on your own but after paying to be able to share my lists, I haven’t been able to. Every time I go to share, it closes out the app. Kinda frustrating.
No way to contact developer about issues
I can’t add photos to the app so I tried to report a problem and the website it down and there’s no way to tell the company it’s not working. From other reviews it says it’s been abandoned years ago and they’re not going to fix it. It’s such a neat concept too, I’m so disappointed. I need to upload photos to learn the faces that’s the whole reason I uploaded the app.

Unable to upload photos
I’m on an iPhone 8 but when I go to upload a photo the app crashes…
Do not trust this app.
Got this app 2 years ago loaded so many names worked well first 18 months. Then it stopped loading pictures. I signed out and signed back in only to have lost all my memories.
Was an awesome app
This was an incredible app but it Is no longer being updated. As a result it is buggy and is impossible to use. It is a shame because no other app works as well as this did.
