Excellent
I use this quite a bit, and would suggest and RPG player to get it! I have the free version, but the full version would be very useful. I have already made my own items and full campaigns using this, and the encounter tracker is so useful. There are many other features that deserve a spotlight, but I’m going to move on to some things I’d change.
1: You can’t add a player character to encounters
2: If you don’t name an encounter or campaign or anything else it shows up as an invisible spot, so you have to name it.
3: Having a guidebook would be very nice, especially for some of the more complex features, maybe a small tutorial to guide you through the beautiful interface and useful in-app tools.
Otherwise, this app has a beautiful simplistic interface and works very smoothly on my phone, has SSOO many useful features to help out DMs, and I would highly recommend getting it. Keep in mind it does not have a grid, you can’t add the players(at least in the free version) and you will find yourself planning ahead in your campaign for months :)

Very useful but not complete
Is a very useful app however does not include the full list of spells for each class, Druid, sorcerer, Ranger are all missing some of their cantrips or other spells found in the players hand book. Fix that and it would be perfect!
I dare you.
My first review. Why? Because I’ve been left unsatisfied with most niche apps until Game Master 5. My first experience with it was so smooth and familiar, it was like Lion’s Den wrote the app just for me. Flexible with fields that could be? Brilliant. Save me time from entering fields I didn’t need? Thanks. Extra touches like adding zoom to pictures? Mind = blown. Even the FAQ shed light on importing info into the compendium saving me hours of manual entry. I didn’t even demo the companion player app “Fight Club” by Lion’s Den. I just purchased it. I know it is going to be impeccably coded and just as useful for that one day when I actual become a player than infinite GM. Thanks Lion’s Den. Make something else, go on...I dare you.

Almost Perfect
Honestly the app could simply be mixed with that player creation app that you also have as well as things like language creation easier and maybe a pre made campaign(made by the creators of the App?)
Great, but...
Great app. Would’ve given 5 stars, only I can’t quite figure out how to add NPC’s. Obviously I can find the tab to do so, however, it seems that when I do, I have to enter everything in manually. Like I can’t create a 7th level cleric or anything like that. Makes it confusing for me. Maybe there’s a way to link it to Fight Club or something. But I can’t figure it out :P

Does exactly what it needs to do
Fantastic d&d resource - it's all I use to DM now
The best of its kind.
This app shows so much promise in regards to future development. Everything from the UIs style to the compendium of information, this app is everything a beginning DM needs.
For the future I would like to see this app add locations, for example being able to make a Provence and then from that Provence add NPCs and cities, and then from that city add its own NPCs and then buildings and within the buildings add there own NPCs.
I feel if something similar to the above is created then the next step would be to make NPC routines, this would just be something that tracks the time of day so that DMs have the option to preset what building the NPC is in at that time so they don't have to go looking through different buildings or one big giant list of NPCs to continue the story.
In conclusion I would and do recommend this app to everyone looking to get into D&D and I can see the real potential for this to become the app that replaces almost all the paperwork for many 5e DMs.

Exactly what you need
Gets rid of all the excess papers floating around in a compact and easy to manage format.
Very Helpful
The app just on its own is very useful but with the ability to import community made content it is invaluable.
