This would be a really good app but...
I’m just sick of writing the same thing 5 times over because the saving system doesn’t work. Please fix it. Your app is so temperamental.
Constructive Criticism
Heard about and downloaded this for the first time. While I feel this app has a lot of potential, I have a few points of feedback I’d offer that may/may not be available on a later update.
1) There should really be a getting started guide/popup for users downloading and opening the app for the first time. While I wouldn’t call the interface clunky, it definitely is not intuitive. It took me a lot longer to find certain things than it would have if the app launched for the first time and had some walkthrough overlay.
2) Half the settings appear to have no effect? Dark Mode and Book Font appear to have zero affect when toggled.
3) Stuff appears to be missing (this one might just be a copywriter issue). Honestly unsure since spells are listed but not, for instance, fighter abilities. But would be nice to be able to fully build out a character and select feats/abilities and such without manually needing to type them in notes or save them elsewhere.

Excellent App, but room for improvement.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this app, but there is some room for improvement. First and foremost, I think you should be able to link the compendiums from this developer's various apps together (game master 5, fight club 5, etc.). As of right now, you are unable to sync compendiums, which means you have to manually update the compendium for all of this developer's apps every time you add something. Also, make the full compendium available from one app to the other, as there are several sections only available in fight club 5. Secondly, allow easier import and export of player and creature information. There is a way to export and import characters, but it's kind of a pain. And lastly, and probably least, set up a separate section for storyboarding within the app. You can kinda use the notes section for that, but I think it would be neat to have a section totally devoted to storyboarding.
I can't emphasize how much I love this app, and I spent so much time talking about what could be better, that it sounds like I don't, but I really really do. Great work developer!

Okay, but has holes in it
For the most part, this is a good app, with some useful sorting and lists. However, because of SRD limitations, there are a lot of spells, monster, and magic items missing from the compendium that will require you manually entering them yourself (the missing spells being the most annoying, since that and the monster lists were my main reasons for downloading and purchasing the app).
Likewise, the campaign UI is somewhat strange. For starters, creating NPCs is clunky, as they’re nestled away under multiple sub-menus, which makes editing or adding more irritating.
This app has potential to be something great, but there are apps that do it better (such as letting you download data packs other people put together to fill in some of the aforementioned holes this app has).

Six Stars
This was already a great app and the latest updates have made it a must have.
Well laid out, has OGL data and ability to import xml files makes it very powerful (I copy and paste campaign details and import classes, races, etc. from others - instructions are in the app.) I prefer rolling real dice and it works fine with that and has great dice roller in app. Recent additions include being able to have multiple adventures in a campaign and being able to export data as an xml file.

Keeps track of notes, characters, encounters, EVERYTHING!! It’s great.

Amazing app easy to use and a great tool for any DM. I discovered it as I first started DMing and now I don't know what I'd do without it.
Worth the small price, however...
This is a great app, I use it with multiple games and it’s really easy to use and has many great features. My only problem, and not the creators fault, is the removal of basic wizard of the Coast info for PCs and creatures. There are small things that would be really useful like the ability to move PCs to NPCs or the ability to edit encounters on the fly better than their current ability. Adding a creature mid battle shouldn’t have to reset initiative. There are little things that I’m sure that will be fixed as and when reported so overall a great app.
