It's getting close to perfection.
For those of you looking for the tape in, you have to log into your mypresonus account and you'll need to load the new firmware onto a flash drive and then insert it into the mixer. You'll find instructional videos, along with the the firmware. After I figured that out, the only problem I had with the app was the meters where only being intermittently responsive. I got through the show just fine, but it was a little aggravating. I'd trust PreSonus with my life; they'll get everything perfectly lined out asap. Once it's done, this will be, without a doubt, the best controller app ever.

Crashing Fixed!
Great, the crashing has been solved. Thanks! However, now there's a new bug: whenever I open a new device, a tab is created, but I can never close it. Now I have three Demo tabs and two RM32AI tabs that I cannot remove.
It's coming along....lots of crashes
Been a user since the first studiolive came out, love mixing on the iPad. This new UC version is a little bit unfinished. Lots of crashing lots, of re-connecting...every time you jump back-and-forth between different application. Not great for a live environment, and in its current version you will get upset quickly. I'm sure given time for future versions they'll take care of crashing and having to reconnect on app switching and notifications.

Poor Support!
Great product, love the design of interface and how it works.
Unfortunately the app constantly crashes on any iPad running iOS 8.3, Presonus are literally dragging their heels when it comes to keeping up with iOS updates. Which courses instability and can not work in the live sound environment.
This is not good news as the RM series mixers pretty much realia on a touch display device, and therefore I can't recommend anyone buying into their RM series until Presonus step up their game when it comes to app updates.

Almost Perfect
I have to commend Presonus on the multitude of features available in this app and the continuity going from desktop to iPad, but this lacks one component to truly be "Battle Ready" for the mobile sound engineer. We still need SMAART so we can quickly RTA a room. This really helps when time constraints prevent you from being able to do a truly methodical EQing of the venue. Add SMAART and you'll get 5 stars from me! Even without it, this is still the best app control for a mixer period!

Best Yet
This mixer/app combination is the best out there. It makes it possible to mix the way that works best for me which is great. I have had some connectivity issues with random crashes on start up but so far it hasn't caused a catastrophe. I would be grateful for more reliable connection.
Please add "link" and busses.
I can't wait to use this when I get my RM16Ai. For now, while testing this in demo mode, I do have some suggestions. Please bring back the ability to stereo link channels (was available in previous version but was buggy) and add subs for group routing (like in the studiolive). Also, I would appreciate if, when changing settings within the fat channel, the slider would disappear instantly instead of fading slowly. This prevents me from making the next adjustment quickly.

The answer to my mixing dreams...
This truly looks amazing and I'm looking forward to purchasing the RM32. I appreciate being able to use the 1.01 software version in demo mode on my iPad to get a feel for what's to come. I'm assuming that this is still in development as there's a few things I'm not seeing. Are subgroups (busses) and more assignability options going to be available?
