Buggy + missing a lot of basic features. Not worth the subscription.
Many basic features are buggy or don’t even work at all. It’s also really frustrating that you’re unable to export timesheets from the mobile app. UI is also not as intuitive as it could be, in general.
Then they have the gall to raise the subscription price without notifying me (or it wasn’t clear). I don’t think it’s worth it anymore.Show lessOlivia1524
Not what I was looking for but I’m trapped
I was trying out this app to track the man hours put into numerous projects my all of my employees. It didn’t do exactly what I was looking for, which is fine.
However, when I tried to delete my account the option didn’t exist. They even have a self help guide for deleting the account and none of the options described existed.
I think this is a very shady business practice and I highly advise anybody against doing business with Tracking Time. There are plenty of reputable companies that don’t attempt to trap you in their program.Show lessRita poon
Good app, poor performance
This app works very well, when it works. That being said, it is EXTREMELY buggy and I have to routinely go into my past hours and fix things because of bugs that stop a task immediately after starting, doesn’t switch tasks effectively, etc. If they update and fix all the bugs, this would be a five star app, as is, it’s mediocre at best.Show lessLmorris939
