Update
Says it needs a 366mb update then it downloads and doesn’t work, then you restart the app and it says it needs the update again. Once it finished it says the update failed

Why have I been charged?
I don’t understand why I have been charged for this app when it said it was free. I couldn’t get it to work.
Works great
It should have more reviews. I downloaded it without even reading the reviews when I was waking into the 911 Museum. It worked great throughout the exhibits, no connection issues. It is very easy to follow, tells you where you should be at that point in the tour, and you can skip to other parts of the exhibition.

9/11 Museum
This is a simple yet very well made museum application that is designed to give users different facets of stories that make up the 9/11 experience. While most museum applications consist mainly of galleries and exhibit information, this one relies on intimate storytelling through the narration of actor Robert De Niro and first person accounts to get the message across. Through his words and others users will get a reflective sense of the 9/11 tragedy and how the museum is being used as a stepping stone to confront and learn from the pain and the grief. Users can interact with the app in several ways whether through audio, transcripts and for some parts video. The app is broken into five sections that focus on a specific part of the experience. Users who are at the museum can also use the app as a guide where a map will display where you are in the museum according to the exhibit.

Having almost lost and having family who directly lost loved ones, I found this app helpful in the sense of filling in the gaps of details I might have missed at the museum. I can appreciate the efforts in respect made by many. Nothing will ever please or make up for nor replace what or whom ever was taken. Thank you for trying.🙏🏼❣

Interesting and informative tour and about the right level of detail. We didn't experience any of the technical issues experienced by other reviewers.
Was hoping for better
The portion of the tour with Robert Denero narrating was all garbled. I deleted the app and reinstalled. The same problem existed. The children/ family narration worked fine.
Good content, difficult to use
Agree with previous comments on usage issues. Bring ear buds/headphone with you to avoid lining up to purchase. Book museum visit online to avoid long line up for tickets.
