Candle/old game unlock issues
The game was fun, until I got to the candle. I can’t pick it up - I even started the game over and got the same result. I am also having issues downloading old games to replay. It says No Purchase Found or Purchase Failed, depending on how I try to unlock the game. Sent an e-mail to Customer Support & got a canned response. Very frustrating - I love playing these games and have had very few issues in the past. PLEASE FIX!!!!!Show lessAgent Edwards

This game seems dated. No map, no shortcuts. It IS logical, for the most part, but not always. The story line seems okay. It's not a typical HO game. It's a "find the shape and use it" game. During the free sample there were only two. I prefer the list of items to find. If you click on the shape, it will tell you the name of the item you're looking for. It's not a game I would buy for more than a dollar.Show lessOpinion02122

Wonderful Adventure!
What a Game!!! Alawar does it again. Spectacular fun adventure with wonderful graphics, character voices and unique hidden object scenes. This was so enjoyable - wish that it had been longer.

On a different note in response to Bunkies comment, I've been having the same issues on my purchased games. They say no record found of purchase. This needs to be addressed right away as I own many games and we are supposed to own them for life Big Fish - So please get this fixed. Thank you, for your prompt attention to this matter in advance. A very good game
A very good game with a wonderful story line. Only that it is a bit short. Yet, still enjoy the great graphic, the not too hard mini-games and the happy ending. The game feels like a movie!Sfplw

I got sooo excited when the opening screen appeared and I saw this game was made by Alawar. It DID NOT disappoint! Great game from start to finish. Interesting storyline and has all the features you look for like the teleporting map. Keep ones like this coming!!!Mz JuJu
