Not sure about this yet…
Setup my account, pictures information, etc…And had to use it today and the application says I need to create my account.
So where’s my data, and insurance card pictures? Floating around in the cloud someplace?

Hello. Any data that you add to The Pocketpal is stored locally on your device. As mentioned on the app page, we do not store any data that you enter on our servers, the cloud, etc. If you have questions, please reach out to help@yourtouchpoints.com and we can help you walk through the setup of the app. I do apologize for your inconvenience.
