Program is great, app experience is lacking…
That said, the Home Screen on this app needs an overhaul…tracking my food is a HEADACHE due to having to scroll through all the different “goal trackers” I don’t even use. An option to customize this by keeping only the trackers you want and being able to order them according to your needs would be a game changer. My other issue is with the functionality of the food tracking itself…why isn’t there an ability to add in my own nutrition facts when the food isn’t available or the one’s provided in the app are inaccurate? And why can’t I save foods or meals as favorites for quick logging instead of having to scroll through what the app determines are my “recent options”. There are much cleaner layouts available…not sure why this hasn’t been addressed…the quality of your app should match the quality of your providers! Too much headache logging my food makes it discouraging to do this consistently.

I LOVE that it integrated with Apple! It pulls my steps right over! In helping you increase your activity level they give you ACHIEVABLE goals…they don’t expect you to go from 200 steps a day to 10,000. It’s just a wonderfully supportive group!

First impression
So far the only down points I can see is there is no way to log meds taken like amounts of insulin on a sliding scale and the food log is a little tough to get a hang of. Other than that I am very happy with this new way to help me manage my diabetes

I cannot stress how much I needed this app my life hasn’t just been better I have had a complete 180 in mental health. I felt for a long time I had no control over all the bad things in life and with vida and especially my coach V she has given me the perspective I have been yearning for my entire life
