Cut you off from your coach with no heads up!
I have started with VIDA back in May2021. I was happy with my coach and yesterdayI had another session scheduled.I received a text the night before to confirm my appointment. Which I did.
Then my appointment time arrived and I noticed my coach is late for 2 minutes. She was always on time. Another 3 minutes passed by and I was thinking to myself: this is ok. She is most likely spending few more minutes with someone. I am happy she is helping and caring for someone else too. Let me review my thoughts that I want to share with her today while I am waiting. Another minuted passed by and I received a text message that your coach is no longer with VIDA. Alright now imagine what that does to you when you are dealing with stress and panic! What kind of health and wellbeing organisation does that?!? Without proper heads up! Without proper coach replacement? Today I realised that your organisation doesn’t understand the very basic concept of “caring”. People aren’t just app users! They are human beings with emotions.
Don’t ever cut someone from their support system like this!!! Implement a proper transitional steps! You don’t get it, do you?!

Horrible experience
Buyer beware. Their business practices are to invite you in with an offer ofService at no cost to you, run through your Health insurance provider, and then charge you more than they’re published subscription rates.
In retrospect, I have reviewed that initial invitation and a tiny print at the very bottom of the offer is the kicker. “If you’re an HSA member you may be responsible for payment until you’ve met your deductible.”I never saw that until two months into the program (a not very effective program I might add). My insurance company at first told me it was covered, and later identified that it was not until the deductible was met.
Trying to get support or explanations out of this company about their charges, their fees, and their business practices is a nightmare. If anything it has lead to greater stress.
Not worth it.

Not flexible enough for me
Also meal recordings have no space for descriptions of meals. Auto serving and nutrition descriptions are always wrong so I’d rather just describe my own but it doesn’t allow me to do that
