It’s a game changer!
I’m a Private Personal Trainer and recently started running Small Group Classes in the studio I’m currently working.
I was looking for an app for my classes especially- and found GymCatch simply brilliant, has all of the features I needed for that, not to mention the price is affordable for the features even with extra bolt on-s.
As a self employed person it helps me a ton with organising the bookings and finances side and I can now have a peace of mind around that, too.
Building up the system might seem to bit tricky first, but once you get the gist of it and know what you’re doing, the set-up is very smooth.
The videos are also helpful: very well detailed and easy to follow + the customer service is excellent. Simon and Ollie are so kind and helped me a ton, as a newbie I felt lost in the beginning, but not anymore.

Game changer
I’ve been using GymCatch for a little over a year for my business and it is by far the most affordable and functional booking system. The messages seem to glitch and not list them in order of most recent conversations which makes it hard to locate a message in a full inbox, & the calendar takes a while to load but for the amount of benefits at the ridiculously low price, it is well worth it. Simply the best!
I’m a Pilates teacher and have been using Gymcatch for over 2 years now. It has been amazing for my business as it has massively reduced my admin time. I used to muddle along without using a booking system at all, as I couldn’t find one that was affordable yet had all the features I needed. I was delighted to find Gymcatch and have never looked back. Simon and Ollie are always very helpful, professional and patient with any queries and because they are so responsive to feedback, Gymcatch is constantly evolving to meet our needs (e.g. they made it possible for clients to receive Zoom links for online classes when many of us had to move our businesses online during the first lockdown). I love the flexibility of Gymcatch, as I can offer both class packages to be used within a certain timeframe as well as courses that are block booked for e.g. 6 weeks. Great App
App is great and easy to use. Definitely recommend. I have used the app to both book onto classes when attending fitness events as well as using it personally to arrange classes when guidelines came into effect for the pandemic.

Great app and super easy to use!
After the first lockdown, I moved from working in a commercial gym to opening my own gym. As I was no longer part of a chain gym, I needed an app so people could book on to my classes.
Gymcatch was recommended to me by someone else in the industry, and I’m so glad I came across it! It’s so easy to use, and it looks great. I’ve had so many clients and class members tell me how much they love the app, and how easy it is to use.
It’s also very cheap! And the percentage that stripe take is very low. I did some research on other payment methods and this is definitely the cheapest way and you lose the least money this way.
