Can’t recommend highly enough
I’ve been using Gymcatch for a couple of years after a recommendation from a friend. It has always been great for my business but this year particularly it has been a life saver. There have been regular updates and added features allowing me and my business to keep up with the changing landscape. It’s been a running joke that I decide to add a new element to my business (like on demand classes) and the next month Gymcatch has added it to their platform. Great way to keep you committed
Love being able to book through the app, so convenient. Ensures you get a place at class in advance and a great way for the instructor to manage numbers, contact tracing etc. The messaging is annoying as you only see messages from your fitness provider and not your responses or initial message so you can’t see the full conversationShow lessLillouisxix
Enhancements needed
Can you please offer a search function by location? So users can see events and Fitness Providers in their area?
Also, the Chat function. You can’t see the whole conversation? Only the responses of the person you’ve messaged. You can never see the message that you’ve sent them.

All I could ever want!!!!
I’ve been using Gymcatch for almost three years now, it’s the only booking app I’ll ever use or need. It does everything I want from an app - I manage all my bookings for myself and my team of instructors and our participants and clients love it too! Simple to use, easy to set up and super reliable! The staff are so very patient, helpful and friendly, I recommend it to everyone I meet needing online booking and payment facilities! Can’t charge additional fees
I am not able to charge customers penalty fees for not showing up to classes. GymCatch is linked to Stripe, but none of your customers’ payment info will be saved onto Stripe. The only way you can charge additional fees is if you send someone who violated your policies an invoice through stripe, PayPal, etc. Or you’ll have to make your clients make an account on Stripe and save them as a customer so you can force charge them for penalty fees.
Sounds like a lot of work right? If you’re trying to build a big studio, you might as well use something like MindBody. Big price difference but definitely worth the investment and makes your life easier.

This app is a game changer
I’ve recently transitioned to online classes via zoom
This system allows you to mange the whole process of set up, charging and cancelling and allowing discount codes to etc
If you have any queries the support team respond super quickly and they listen to suggestions to improvements & changes to make the whole thing better

Great value and easy to use
This app has helped me to manage my Pilates business easily. I can create different packages for classes, private sessions and workshops. It syncs easily with my diary and uses Stripe payments. I can add and remove sessions easily according to my schedule that week and clients love being able to contact me, manage their bookings and make payments easily in one place. Truly life changing as a biz owner!
After running my yoga business for several years, I’ve tried quite a few different ways to track my clients, classes, waiver/registration info etc. A friend said he HIGHLY recommended Gymcatch but I didn’t think it could possibly be this good! It’s so well thought out, easy to use, simple to understand, aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and priced amazingly for the service.
I’ve had quite a few questions and several things came up that my clients and I were confused about. Customer service at Gymcatch is incredibly quick, reliable, friendly and very informative.
I’m running 3 separate businesses and the last thing I have is time. It was offered that we schedule a call to discuss any issues but because the app is so amazing & customer service gave such thorough answers via email, a call wasn’t needed - which certainly feels like it’s freeing up my time!
Many of my clients have said how “I didn’t want to have another app to learn how to use but Gymcatch actually IS as simple as you said!”
I have less admin to do which frees me up to focus on building my business. The app connects with my Stripe account which also makes my life easier! You won’t find anything better than this. And I know because I’ve tried!

Very customer friendly
As a self employed person who is a bit of a technophobe, the Gymcatch team have been super helpful every step of the way - from set up, to explaining what each feature does. They are based in the UK and as a UK customer, they are very responsive.

Nifty booking software and constantly growing
Joined last year from another booking site love that it is all app based and have to say these guys are super helpful in moments where I just got a little lost which helped me help my customers get sorted .
