When I first got this app in June it showed my balance and transactions. Here recently it ONLY shows my transactions! It would be nice to know the balance after the transaction pulls out of the account. This app is practically useless and I have to log into the actual bank website which is such a hassle.

Problems
I like this app; however, since the end of July, it has stopped sending me alerts and does not show my recent transactions. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the problems still remain. If these problems aren’t corrected, I see no need to continue using the app if it’s not going to work properly. Disappointing!

Logging on issues
The app often doesn’t show the login button so you can get in to turn your card on. Very inconvenient when you need to use it right away.
Update Fail
App is good for turning card on and off. For keeping track of transactions (messages)? Forget it. I don’t get them most of the time, even though my husband and I are both using our cards. Very frustrating.
The app Froze
I love this app, it really helps us keep track of all transactions and balances until it just automatically froze, it’s not showing available balance or money spent on the cards, not previous transactions, and NO alerts at all! And that’s what I loved so much about it, was it would always alert me when a transaction is being made or posted to my account!😔 please fix it, this is one of the best app to keep track of all accounts! Thank you 🙏🏼

Glitchy
This app is good some of the time. Unfortunately, it frequently doesn’t synch with my account to update my balance or amount spent per month. It still maintains control of my cards as it’s supposed to, but that’s it.
Glitching
I load up app on strong wifi signal ok? Its shows “the server could not be reached” i even turn on cellular dat/even went as far as deleting the app. Still wont work please fix i need it fixed
Buggy
Had all set up but would not save or use password or passcode. Face ID enabled but unable to link to password list (would not save, nothing to reference to). Then when I tried to send trouble issues to developer, no email address would populate (so I just guess ??? Lol). Deleted!
It works for what it’s meant for
Honestly I don’t know why this app has such a low rating. I use it to turn my car on or off. It tells me when something is pending comes or tried to come through. I don’t use it to check my balance. I obviously have my normal banking app for that. I literally use it to just turn the card on or off to prevent fraud. It’s what it’s meant for. You shouldn’t rely on this app to tell you your balance. Obviously it’s MobiMoney is not your bank

Great app!
I hope this thing keeps improving on an already great app. Extremely useful and rarely doesn’t work. Some glitches, but understanding nothing is perfect and always improving does not go unseen! Keep it up plz!
