Good, could be great
The UX is decent in this app and it allows me to do most things I need to do. One BIG problem is that I have to log out and log in to switch between my two Pipedrive accounts. I think that given the price tag of running two Pipedrive accounts, I should be able to switch back and forth between accounts. NOTE: they are connected to different email addresses.

More content
It would be great if more deal info was visible from the app, such as notes, attachments and email views.
Easy to use but missing a key feature
I am enjoying using Pipedrive, having used HubSpot previously, it has all the features you need to keep track of your pipeline, prospects etc.
My only comment for improvement is that app should have the leads section included that’s available via the web version - it’s handy to keep track of initial contacts that may or may not lead to deals.
Otherwise. Great app, works well, no issues.

Less impressed every day
Sure it does a decent job managing the sales funnel/process but fails to deliver on essential reporting requirements. When I went ahead and executed with this product I was told it would be able to meet by needs by one of your consultants. Now a year further down the road it is not capable of doing what I need to do and this has fundamentally turned into an expensive Excel spreadsheet with a pretty GUI. I am making a transition away from Pipedrive over the next 3 to 6 months and will be glad to be rid of it.
Even though I may miss some of the functionality from a sales perspective it does very little if anything to extract operational insight.
Furthermore I HATE you only provide support via chat. Aside from the fact that it may well be handy for YOU it’s a terrible way to engage or manage customers. It takes longer and is more complicated than it needs to be. Your opinion on this might be different but I can assure you that I’m not the only customer that doesn’t like that experience. All in all it’s not a bad product and if all you want is to manage sales it will serve you well but if you want any operational insight it is useless. It has some severe reporting limitations that are just simply unacceptable in the 21st century. Stuff I could do in ACT! In 2004 it can’t seem to do. The functionally I’m looking for apparently is not even on the horizon and yet somehow your reporting is able to report an all sorts of useless things but not on important things.
If this was $15 per seat it be worth it. And lastly - get better consultants or train them better - I have worked with a few now and all have had issues and have made statements that are simply false or apparently not doable upon further examination.
Very unfortunate.

Just ok. Needs refinement
After extensive research on Pipedrive I decided to trial it out in full mode - all bells and whistles and integration.
It is quite clunky and needs some basic enhancements and isn’t as intuitive as it could be.
I’m still persisting with the trial to get a proper assessment I’d it’s the right tool for our small but global team. For the smartphone app, this is ok but also lacks a few obvious features. Also not as intuitive as it could be.

Excellent customer service but lacks repeating tasks / events
Very good app. It handles several complex challenges in as simple/easy a way possible.
BUT - it does not have repeating tasks. Users have been asking for repeating tasks for years, but nothing yet. If you have regular contact with customers, you have to create a new task for each year, quarter, renewal date, etc. Yes, you can work around it. But you’ll have to remember to schedule your next reminder rather than be able to have the software remember for you. Which is pretty much what CRM is supposed to do.
Other than this one major flaw, Pipedrive is outstanding.
What really stands out is the customer service department. I can tell a real person takes a moment to understand the question then answers carefully. When the app doesn't quite fit what I want, they offer a workaround and send my suggestions to the developers. I am a real estate broker and needed to adjust one key component. I consider a deal "won" when a client agrees to use my services. "Won" in Pipedrive = closed transaction. So when a prospect lists a property with me, that is a stage they advance to rather than being marked "won".
Very good email management, too.

Authentication Problems
When I log in it sends an authentic new email to my gmail. When I click on the link the email opens a link to PipeDrive on my browser, which is invalid. Therefore I cannot use the app.
Best CRM system out there for small and medium size businesses
I’ve tried many different systems and Pipedrive is the most intuitive and easiest to use.
Feed back -
Would like to see the ability to schedule re-occuring events.
Would like see the ability to manage tasks better. In these manners.
1. Add tags to identify different statuses of tasks. Such as waiting on a quote, to do’s ect. I find Pipedrive lacks the ability to manage process driven work. For this reason I use an external task manager to manage my business witch defeats the purpose of a crm.
2. The ability to color code the calendar. Visuals are key when you want to move fast.

Thanks so much for your review. Our dev team are looking into your feedback and it's a great idea!
No Leads; uses the IOS mail app
The app has a nice layout and I liked the idea of using it as a mail client until I replied to a prospect’s email and only realized after the fact that it had used my unprofessional personal yahoo account as the from address. Apparently, the app uses the iOS mail client to send mail. I mistakenly thought it had its own built in mail client. I do not use the iOS mail client (I use Spark mail and Outlook) and totally had forgotten that yahoo account existed. I probably burned a good lead because of that. I guess that’s on me.
The other very large problem for me is the lack of leads. I only convert a lead to a deal if they have engaged with me somehow. This app doesn't show leads at all which is odd due to their prevalence in the desktop app.

Needs activity custom filtering
This app would be five stars except that I am unable to filter activities using my custom filters that I use on the web version. Since I do Pipedrive 2-way sync with Google Calendar, ALL of my Google Calendar events get displayed as activities in the app. In the web version I just filter them out so I only see my intended Pipedrive activities, but without activity custom filters my Pipedrive todo list is overflowing with all my past calendar events marked as “overdue.” This makes using Pipedrive app as a means of getting activities one by one virtually impossible and this app mostly useless to my needs.
The deals page enables custom filtering, so it really doesn’t make sense that the activities page does not. Please fix! Thank you.
