Hangs… and suffers feature creep
Often when you tap on the work order brief description to see the full written order, it will not load the next page. It will hang with a blank page. This is really frustrating when you’re on site and just trying to remember which unit needs the disposer (for example) or what’s the tenant’s contact info.
Why is it necessary for the work order to be broken up into two pages? For all the details you need two taps to go to a stupid pop-up page. The work order should be on one page. Who’s got time for buried details or phone numbers?
It’s nice that tap to call is enabled on iPhone, but why can’t text be an option? Nobody answers their phone anymore — they text. How old are the developers?

Upkeep has changed our business
We have multiple location .. 60 to be exact between 3 states with each maintenance tech having a region/county. Before upkeep they had to go to each facility and would open a book full of work orders and often not have the tools or parts needed abd would have run get them. Upkeep has improved our efficiency ten-fold. Now they know what needs done so they arrive with what they need and can plan out their day to make a loop throughout and aren’t taking trips to facilities that don’t even need them. As a Regional Director I used it for nearly two years but once I was able to show how much it improved our efficiency the whole company adopted it. It is worth every Penny because it saves us money in time/fuel or additional parts because something went to long before being fixed. It’s easy for each facility admin to just add a quick work order in the app in their phone. We will never go back. Wish we wld have gotten on board earlier. ....

Upkeep
They are the most profession company I have ever worked with. I have purchase many softwares over my life and I have never had a company as organized as upkeep. It has been a great experience so far.

As a maintenance manager I’ve been looking for a cmms that’s user friendly for a while. Upkeep has been on the top of my list for some quite a bit of time now and it was time to pull the trigger on something.

I’ve receive more communication from my maintenance team than ever just during the trial run. Every business needs this! It’s modern, easy to use and most important the team acclimated to it within a few hrs! I’d say #1 Best Features & Presentation/Operation hands down.
The amount of resources that are available beats out any so called “one time purchase”. It was important for our growing businesses to have flexible options as Prairie Dog Pet Products (that’s us😉🐶) continue to grow and there’s a price point for just about every business type and that’s great.

Amazing!!! Great management for orders
I run a small business and it’s really great to put in all my orders at the end of the day and be able to see the completed and how long they have been due! I can also have a team and although some features you have to pay for, they aren’t necessary for the function of the app and it still works great! Love the design and easy access ability! Anyone can use.

Email spam
I downloaded this app to try it out and with in a week I got 2-5 emails a day. I unsubscribe to every email but it did not stop.
Great! Except.
Great program. Has everything I need except a general requester can not see notes left by tech. They just get an email that says “hey!” “work order complete”. This is very unprofessional and appears like it’s from a 12yr old kid. I have over 60 locations with 2500 employees. 1/3 of which can enter a request. If they want to see comments made regarding repair I have to send out individual invites to each person to make them a user in the system. Not going to happen.
Currently shopping out a new program as a result.
Hope upkeep can make updates internally to change this before we make or own changes.

Easiest to use maintenance app out there!
UpKeep is easily the easiest to use CMMS app on the App Store, while still managing to stay beautiful, as well as packed with features!

I’ve only been using the free version for a couple of weeks with my team. I have found it to be incredibly helpful in organizing and getting task complete. The full version is really pricey for what we need or we could and have used ExpandShare in the past. That being said, it’s a really good free app, useful and well thought out.

UpKeep The Best CMMS Program
I have used SAP for many years in the mining industry. In that time, it took at least 2 years to become accustomed to its day to day functionality.
I have changed industry now and in the last 2 weeks had the pleasure of using CMMS software, “UpKeep”.
The program along with its easy to navigate GUI makes it simple and a pleasure to use as a maintenance supervisor. UpKeep can be used on any platform, from smartphones to tablets. With the freedom to be able to take the program where ever and whenever I want within the business to create work orders and also take and upload pictures to compliment any maintenance required, I would have no hesitations in recommending UpKeep to any business no matter the size.
