UpKeep has been such a great addition to my tools as a Maintenance Manager, that i couldn’t see myself doing my job without it. At the start it does take time for you to input all your assets and inventory but once it’s done, everyone from management to purchasing, to the QA team will thank you for the great reports UpKeep creates all types of record keeping. Sending in or approving a work order is a breeze!

Very very happy but paying for it
I am a maintenance employee for a management company in a beach town in Florida. I maintain several condo buildings, certain units in those buildings and several rental properties around town. I downloaded upkeep to help catalog assets (elevator, generator, all the way down to ovens and fridges) and keep record of work orders related to those assets as well as inventory to ease the billing process. It’s incredibly powerful and extremely helpful, does everything I need it to and probably much more. The reason for the 4 starts instead of five is really only because they certainly make you pay for additional features. This probably isn’t an issue for larger companies and is to be expected with powerful commercial programs, it was just notable and something to consider if you’re running a smaller but several person operation, as you will have to pay for each memeber of the team to access whatever tier of functionality they’ll need.

Super usage
We’ve been using and up scaling with Upkeep for a period now. Very positive and really helps with the business use and streamlining.
We’ve had a few slight issues ongoing but the support has been great in overcoming any issues.

Awesome app
I used this app for keeping track of vehicles I worked on and my part inventory and it worked great for me. I did not up grade only because I work alone and do not need to share the information with anyone else. In any case I recommend it or at least check it out and try it you can always delete it.

Helpfully and promising
This app definitely help to improve my company work. Some settings need to be adjusted but UpKeep staff is very helpful and reactive. Love it

Why oh why are programs like this allowed on the app store
With in 5 minutes of trying to see if its any good ,i clicked on signature,requiring a upgrade ,and what $599.00
What planet are they on mite as well publish my account number online and pin ,,,
I would be less likely to be ripped off that way

Very simple and quick to use
There are a lot of good things about this app, but the one that really sold me was that putting in a request is faster and easier than just sending an email. I work at a church, so sometimes it’s hard getting everyone to go for another app that is supposed to make things “simpler”. This app really does.
