We are using UPKEEP for our small size businesses, facility maintenance, automated gate access and control and commercial construction. This app has been a great tool for my small business! Instead of sorting and dealing with paperwork that related to work orders, our maintenance manager is able to easily access data on our assets through the neatly organized tabs and simple interface. I love being able to prioritize certain work orders and review costs and additional reports. Using this app allowed my company to get equipment fixed fast and efficiently. As a large company, we ideally want a fast line of communication between administration and maintenance to get things fixed as soon as possible. This app allows that to happen since you are able to easily manage all work orders and assign it to different workers. As a Landscape Crew Manager, I have always had to spend a lot of time organizing how I distribute work orders amongst the employees I manage. Easy to use, great features
This app gave our company the help we didn’t even know we needed! Obviously the organization of work orders is great, but you can also sort them with different filters to find them easily. Great for facility maintenance!
This app has been a tremendous help in streamlining our work order process. The user interface is very simple and it’s much more reliable than paper work orders that always seem to get lost. With the app everyone stays connected as to the current status of the work orders that are in the system. Ryan and his team are always very helpful whenever an issue arises. Just wanted to say that I searched for quite a while to look for app like this. I use it for maintaining my own house and some other properties. It is very simple to request the work and to approve it and then assign it to the person going to do the work. I like the way that the parts list works and integrates directly with the location. As an owner, Upkeep has been a big blessing to our organization
Before UpKeep our biggest complaint from staff was that things on the maintenance list was never being completed or that they never knew if it was completed. UpKeep has helped us report faster to the Maintenance Supervisor any concern that needed attention and report back when an item was completed. This app has brought much organization to a department that needed it so much. I wouldn't want to go back to the way it was. Now we don't have any concerns regarding the maintenance department.
