- In the recent mobile update, several enhancements have been made. Based on user research and feedback, we renamed the "Pending Wires" section on account pages to "Recent Wires". We’ve also enhanced the wire transfer feature by enabling users to save recipient information for future use. Additionally, we redesigned the “Legal Notices” page to enhance accessibility, along with other improvements that make banking easier for you.

Mobile Banking allows you to:
•Check your current and available balances
•View your pending and posted transactions
•Pay people and bills
•Deposit checks
•Turn off your card
•Set account alerts
•Transfer money between accounts
•View your payment history
•Find your nearest ATM and branch locations
First Citizens’ FCU mobile banking is available to all First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union online banking members. If you are not a member, please contact us at info@firstcitizens.org or call us at 800-642-7515.
