Love this camera. Had to keep my old iPhone 6 to be able to use the app. I have 2 of these cameras. They are the best to take videos during dog trials and training. Still working great after 9 years. Please update you app so I can use my latest iPhone to access. Wish HTC hasn’t had discontinued this camera. It is the best and simplest one to use.

So far the app still works great with an IPhone 12 Pro only issue I’m having is using the app to sign into google to live stream or backup photos
Outdated
I found my old RE and wanted to see if It could still be used. There wasn’t much in it but the app is so outdated that I can’t actually check the old pictures through my phone.
Update App!
Please update the app! This camera is still usable and takes good enough photos but the app is useless. THANK YOU!

Newest Update Still Doesn't Work
I absolutely love this camera but the app still doesn't work for iOS 14 devices. Please fix the bugs on this app!
Crap
This used to be my go to cycling camera. I own 2, they are now useless. The pictures won’t download to my Iphone. There are no updates to fix this. Crap service.
Connection issue
I understand it need the WiFi to connect but after I connected to the WiFi and go back to the app, it just keep looping and waiting! I hope you guys can fix this issue. I try factory reset but it did not help! Please test it and give us the easy way to connect!

Live stream is broken
I bought one specifically for livestream functionality and when I try to log in with google to use it, it says “app temporarily disabled”.
App needs an update to work
This app used to be great. About 6 months ago it stopped working - connects on Bluetooth, connects on wifi but app doesn’t recognise y the wifi connection. Surely this is not a hard thing to fix?
