iOS 13 update killed my RE!
Update (see below) - My hTC re will NOT connect since the iOS 13 update. My camera no longer works! Please fix this connection issue!!!!
Updated to the latest firmware and got my Re to work, BUT it took several steps. Had to delete my iPhone app, perform a factory reset on the Re (press button next to SD card and shutter release at the same time for 3 seconds). Reinstall the app on my iPhone, then go thru the steps as a ‘new’ device. The 1st attempt failed, but subsequent attempts were successful. I wish you luck if you have an issue like I did!

HTC Re / iOS 13 still doesn’t work after latest update
I tried the latest software update and still can’t connect to the RE Camera to download pictures and videos.
Can’t save photos or videos to phone
I love my RE. I use it all the time;however, since a few days ago I can’t save any file to phone. I wonder if anyone else is having this issue.
Can’t connect wifi
Still not able to connect wifi with the new update
Newest update still not working with iOS
After newest update still doesn’t connect with WiFi

Need to reset before it will work in ios13
To everyone who downloaded the update and found that their RE still couldn’t connect - you need to COMPLETELY remove your RE from your phone if you previously had it installed and start from scratch (or set it up as if it was a new RE)... I have no idea why you’d need to do this because it’s a big hassle... But it’s the only way to get it working. Or at least it was in my case.
But having said that, whenever you try to export a picture or video from the app to your phone (Using the “export to camera roll”) it CRASHES !!. The only way you can export a video/picture is to first export it to iMovie and then export it to camera roll, which is a hassle.
I mean, don’t you guys actually test the update before submitting it for general release ?

THESE NEED BUGS SORTING OUT:
1) Fix the app so that we can export pictures and videos straight to camera roll (instead of having to first export to 3rd party apps and then to the camera roll.
2) The “check for firmware updates” is greyed out. I used to be able to check for updates, now I can’t.
3) I have my iPhone set to dark mode and cannot see what values I’m entering for the timelapse setting as they are white on a white background.
Please can you sort these issues out?, we’ve all waited so long for an update to get this app to work in ios13, then when it finally comes out it doesn’t even work properly... Not great.

Not iPhone X friendly
Anyway to make the app fit for an iPhone X? Appreciate the Wi-Fi fix. Use the camera very often.
Was great, but now...
The HTC camera and app was brilliant until iOS 13 was released. Now the interface to the camera no longer works. Please fix this HTC; you’re letting yourselves down.
