No update by HTC developers!
This app worked fine until IOS 13 was released by Apple.
Since then there is now no interfacing between my Re camera and the app on my iPhone. I have requested several times from HTC to get their developers to update the app asap. That was in late October. It is now late November and still no update to the app. Shocking performance from HTC.

Update software!
What a disappointment. Software not updated to iOS so won’t connect to iPhone. Seriously makes the device nearly worthless. Never buying an htc product again.
Update software for new iOS compatibility
Hi, I’m a software developer. If y’all can’t update this, can you at least outsource it to someone who will? I’d be more than willing. My camera’s functionality is obsolete until this is remedied. Can not connect to the camera’s WiFi.

Too bad, it worked perfectly with previous iOS. But not with the last version. HTC says that I need to call Apple!! unbelievable. 👎🏼

Won’t connect
Ever since I updated to iOS 13 it just doesn’t connect to the app.
The camera easily connects through WiFi but the app don’t detect it.

Superb quality camera , even under water , I can see live in my phone whats halpendimg under the water ... mind blowing !
Excellent App. Ignore The Naysayers!
People in here are slating this program due to poor connectivity. Nope. It works fine. And reliably. The secret is the sequence of how you connect and it baffled me at first. Solution. Run the RE app. Switch over to Settings. WiFi. Pick up the RE camera and press the photo button to ensure it’s on. And select the RECAM option on the WiFi settings. Go back to the area program. Voila. All there. Working. Picture and videos on on display. Select the ones you want. Upload to the iPad or iPhone. Let it do it. Safe to Phone. Job done. Lovely. Works perfectly. Stop moaning! Shame they don’t make the camera any more. Ah well. That’s progress, folks!
