Je hais les abonnnements

Je hais les abonnements de logiciels payer a tout les mois. Ce n’est pas pour moi. Tant et aussi longtemps qu’il y aura des abonnement, je n’installerais pas de programme. C est rendu tout le monde font des abonnement au lieu de faire un seul et unique paiement. Vous pouvez vous le fourré dans le cul.

Apple woes

I just changed to iOS and discovered that File Commander isn’t available. What to do ?

Provides a real service.updated

There are limitations that can and can’t be fixed. With that said. I was able to complete a full semester of on line school without a computer. Projects, papers, and presentations. The impossibility of online classes(after my computer self destructed from a virus) became an easy and, let’s face it, very affordable solution. Thank you Microsoft! I will name my second child after you.

*Microsoft is still delivering. And by the way my second child, our little Microft (short for Microsoft) is doing great.

I recently had to make a spreadsheet at my new job to keep up with an inventory list for a new stockroom. Excel has been a true asset. Nothing but gratitude.*

Where’s Office Pro?

Update: The HelpDesk responded pretty quickly but told me I was now part of the Free Version from my PURCHASED Pro Version. I am very nervous I will lose my files when I create a free account because I’m such a rookie and really have no clue what I’m doing. I think I’m going to be sick. I TRUSTED that I had bought a product that has now been taken away from me.
First Review: What the heck is going on? I go into my Office Pro that I purchased to find out my “subscription” has run out? Now I’m terrified I will lose all my documents, etc. I trusted you, Office Suite. Only one star until I figure out what’s going on. No notice..no nothing.

Has stopped working

After the latest IOS update I get a message the developer needs to update the app. When I try to update thing happens. I have sent 2 requests through your support channel and no response. It has been two weeks!! I can do nothing with the app. I have seen where you have discontinued support for Office Suite premium but have indicated I can download te new app without buying it again through a subscription but it doesn’t restore my purchase.
I have enjoyed the software in the past but this has left me feeling vulnerable.
If you respond to my support inquiries I will give you an appropriate rating.

Legacy user, they Deleted my account, tried to force subscription.

First off on my legacy user who have been using this back from when it was a one time paid program. They switched to a subscription base model enforced all of us who had paid for it to go and register for this online account nonsense. Then every couple weeks they sign us out of our online account forcing us to sign back in, telling us how it would be easier if we just signed up for a subscription because then it wouldn’t happen. All of a sudden out of nowhere my account has disappeared, says it’s not in the system, and then I should sign up for a subscription. This is a bait and switch from a company that charged people once for an app and then switch to a subscription model, eventually screwing those of us who paid. I’m filing a report with Apple for a bait and switch. This is criminal from a bunch of greedy developers.

Office Suite not sweet

Just downloaded to latest iPad Pro. Doesn’t matter what I do, I cannot make this app launch. What’s the trick?

Free but no it’s not

I really despise apps/companies that advertise their app is free when it’s not really. You can’t even start it or try it without agreeing to a trial. Immediately deleted. Start advertising in an honest manor. Deleted out of principal. Only garbage apps resort to this. Looks like a money grab. Bye bye….
