Criminal

I don’t know how else to describe OfficeSuite than CRIMINAL! I simply wanted to see if the app would meet my needs so I downloaded the app 3 days ago. I decided to close the “subscription” as it was not what I was looking for. HA! So far I have not found where the unsubscribe routine is hidden. I know that they must have programmers on staff who could write one. However when I click on the link all I get is some tiny script that is formatted so that ti runs off the screen. Scrolling is blocked so you cannot read the full line of text. I tried using Cut and Paste but the only part I could recover were a couple links to Apple Forums. The suggestions referred to an “unsubscribe” button in Settings which does not exist in my version of iOS (12.5.4)

I will continue to attempt to find the unsubscribe’s hiding place. Yeesh! I would only expect such underhanded failure of programming such a BUGGY process from 1) a very inexperienced programmer or 2) a scam program intent on taking advantage of unsuspecting people who trust the “free trial period” claim.

Does anyone know where to file a complaint against a SCAM OFFER?

BEWARE OF TOUCHING THE “GET” BUTTON in the iTunes listing!

Hello, I am really sorry you feel that way! Apple does not provide a way for developers to cancel your subscription. On your iPhone, iPad: open App Store > tap Account > tap Manage subscriptions. Alternatively, open the Settings app > tap your name, then tap Subscriptions > tap the subscription that you want to manage > tap Cancel Subscription. Kind regards, Emi -MobiSystems Inc.

Excellent App! Love it

I love this app so much and it does really good with what I need. A few things missing in word document editor… 1-please add mathematics signs so we can write math questions and answers, 2- let us add fonts 3- let us draw using Apple Pencil on word documents or other documents… Thanks so much

Useless

Ok if you want to write and forget but won’t let you edit without using the backspace key. Won’t highlight to copy and paste. Tried support but took too long when I hit the submit button it wanted me to refresh the page then deleted all that I wrote. Copy and paste is a basic function of any document app it’s disappointing. I have a few documents on my iPad so if I reinstall I’ll lose it all.

Love this app

Think I don’t like is a contingent charges for this app. We’ve paid subscriptions we’ve paid the purchase price of the original software and it just seems like they just keep asking for buddy buddy buddy continuously. We were told will be purchased the original app that we would need to purchase any more but they found a way to continue to keep charging Microsoft users.

Hello, It's a known issue and there will be a fix soon. A temporary workaround is to use the paste button on the menu. Apologies for the inconvenience. Regards, Petya - MobiSystems

Why the need to keep signing in?

I was one of the original OfficeSuite Pro users, who got sidelined by the developer when they moved to the subscription version of OfficeSuite.

At first I could use the app without having to sign in, but now it seems to be mandatory that I am signed in all the time if I want to use my Pro account. Not only is this annoying, but it doesn't make me feel in anyway a valued or loyal past customer.

I'm sorry that my original purchase no longer makes you money, but you're the company that changed the rules. I also have many problems with the app trying to read Word files that are heavy on tables as the whole document seems to fall apart, with overlapping text and tables, some not even on the correct page.

Then there are other problems with some of the more simple requirements, like trying to stop word justification. If I want to lay something out without the text auto justifying, I can't seem to find out how to.

Overall not a happy bunny as too many restrictions for the old Pro users.

I met my “hero” today!

Virtually, that is! Tod came to the rescue. Being a fairly new user of OfficeSuite on my iPad, some basics escaped me. I hunted through the documents and help pages and simply couldn’t find answers to my questions. I sent emails and got some answers, some partial answers. But for weeks I continued to wait for 2 questions - simple, I thought - went unanswered. Thank I found a phone number: almost non-existent in this digital world. I found the number, left a message, and Tod called me very next day! I was not only excited, I was able to speak real words to a real person and find out things I was unaware of and, of course, I got the answers to the questions and I’m on my way to work much more efficiently than I have been able to do. So now I love my MobiSystems OfficeSuite even more than before and I have found my new hero: Tod! Thank you so much Tod!!! It’s important to be able to talk to someone. I’m not a savvy user and don’t always know how to use the right words when describing issues. Tod: these are for you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dear valued customer, thank you so much for your kind words. They are very much appreciated. We would like to let you know that behind the development of the app there is a great team of people who work daily to improve the product more and more. Once again, thank you for being our customer. OfficeSuite

OfficeSuite is a great alternative to the other which is outrageously. OfficeSuite is a life saver for pdf use. The program is great, the price is great. I have not had to call their customer support since I started using OfficeSuite a year ago. Believe me you will not go wrong with OfficeSuite. I paid for a lifetime membership.

Office Suite Mobi version

This is a good solid version of a group of apps that used to be exclusively Microsoft products. My only problem - since I also have the MS version - is knowing WHICH one I am using at any given time and knowing WHERE in the heck I have stored important information!!
After so many years (I am 72 and I have been using Microsoft products since the introduction of Windows - actually before since I had Microsoft Word and MS Excel even before the advent of Windows - on my old 20 meg hard drive Mac SE). — anyway, after so many years there are a LOT of files out there. Wonder if “the cloud” will ever “fall apart” due to sheer weight?! Confusion??
