Jensen guys, will your ignorance and greed ever end?
Apparently spending $200k class c RV and $150k on a LQ horse trailer is not enough to buy a functional stereo system an app. Not even a choice to upgrade beyond Jensen as you would have when buying a car.
Strangely my $200k Regal 26ft bowrider has a reliable and powerful 3-zone Fuzion system which by far exceeds anything in the RV sector, just enjoy a simple thing like music, for about the same price tag of a bicycle.
Jensen produces nothing but useless garbage, cutting deals with companies that are just as unreliable and greedy.
STAY AWAY!Show lessThe Absolute Worst In Every Way
The fact that Jensen continues to exist and that large manufacturing companies like Winnebago continue to use them in their factory installs is shameful. There’s not a single positive thing to say about either their hardware or software offerings. Both are incredibly archaic from a tech standpoint and their core design goal seems to be to frustrate the end user to the point where they want to go absolutely ‘Office Space’ on said equipment. Please let this company go the way of the (much more admirable) Dodo bird soon and another company that actually cares about quality and usability fill the void asap.Show lessVery annoying app!!!
I like the app well enough, as far as controlling the radio from my phone goes, but even when the radio is Off, and I don’t have the jControl app running, it pesters me every thirty minutes or so with the message “jControl App would like to connect to your Jensen radio” or words to that effect. Even when I click on “Ignore”, it just keeps sending me this message. It is annoying to the point of being infuriating, and the next thing in my day is to uninstall the jControl app. My advice: skip it!!Show less
