Very efficient!!!

I’ve been using Drivernote for about 4 years for business and have had no issues. I love it and highly recommended using it….. also a pleasure dealing with the company. They respond quickly to any questions you have.

The customer service is wonderful

I have never written a review before for an app but I had to after my interaction with the team! They responded right away, they were actually lovely and they resolved my problem in a matter of hours! Like, that’s unheard of in app world! They are real people doing a wonderful job and I needed to make sure I let people know that! 10/10🙌🏽

Best customer service of my life.

Driversnote customer service is exceptional. In an error, I had signed up twice for the app. I did this 4 years ago and never noticed the double billing on my credit card until this year. To be clear it was my fault and my oversight.

Their response to my message was extremely fast and they were extremely professional.

Customer service reversed the second bill as I requested and then came back and said they were going to refund all 4 years of second bill. I never asked for 4 years of refunds but they did it just because it was right thing to do.

Good but has further to refine.

Helps track your trips. You can manually enter a destination but there’s no way to quickly reverse the manual location. Little things like that need refinement. Otherwise, very useful tool.

Depending on what you want to do in the app, the best option might be to try this: 1) Tap "All Trips" in the menu 2) Find your last trip and tap "+" under the trip details 3) Your last destination will automatically be selected as your point of departure and all you have to do is enter your new destination. Drivers note

Great app. Does what I need without the hassle of writing everything down all the time. Love the automatic recording if I forget to start a drive but it will miss now and then but I can always enter manually if I or the app miss the drive. Definitely not a deal breaker from the way I used to record my mileage.

Pretty good

Been using the app for several years with the auto tracker device. Not bad, still gets out of sync far too easily. And the cost has been skyrocketing annually. YMMV
