Excellent customer service

I recently encountered a problem where my beacon was not driving the app to start recording a trip. I went to the app help section and quickly identified that the beacon was an older model and that the battery needs replacing.
I emailed the support team and had a response within a few hours then a new beacon was shipped to my home on the same day.
This was excellent service and really makes a difference for customers needing support rapidly.

Must have app

This a must have app for anyone who drives a vehicle for work and needs to record work and personal mileage - and used to dread and then spend hours working it all out. Now I don’t even think about it until month end then simply capture the data from the monthly report and send my expenses in, every trip itemised. Use the Bluetooth beacon on your car and every trip in ‘your’ car is itemised, no trips in other vehicles, on trains etc.

This app is only my must have list.

Great App! Even Better Customer Service!!

Used the app for over two years until my retirement. Works great! Mostly used the manual entry because the vast majority of my mileage was personal. I made 20-40 business trips a month to the same locations. Once you enter the destination the app records to a list so you just tap from the list the next time. Almost as easy as the auto mode. Emails a report automatically at the end of the month. The customer service is even better…I forgot to cancel the service when I retired and didn’t realize it until I saw the auto renewal on my credit card statement. I emailed them and explained the situation. I received a response in less than three hours congratulating me on my retirement, that they had cancelled my subscription, and had already refunded my credit card! I haven’t had an experience like that from a company in years!!!

Brilliant. Could not work without it.

Canada Revenue demands a log when filing year end taxes. This App does that so well - Saves me a whack of time and frustration. Added bonus it gives me the address tracking I like to see making up my year in 2 different t cars. Awesome customer service is a bonus. Bryan - Toronto.

Life changing app! Lovely support team!

I think it’s important to automate as many tedious things as you can in life, so you can focus more on what’s important to you. Driversnote is an app that helps you do so. I’ve only just started using it but it’s already saving me time, which is invaluable. I look forward to seamlessly generating my driving report for tax time!

OneDrive is pretty darn good

Needs a little work, but I love it. I can’t imagine not having it now that I’m use to what it does form as a service and it’s functionality.
