  • Roll forward

    I hate that the app won’t show you how much was rolled forward from the previous year. It appears to be an attempt to keep you from spending what was left over, if your employer has selected that option.
  • App is convenient, but still cumbersome

    Inconsistent processing times for submissions is the main issue with this company. Sometimes medical reimbursement happens within a week, sometimes up to 3 weeks. Even monthly Dependent Care Deposits that are the same date every pay period and “autogenerated” vary by 7-14 days on processing times. Customer service is available, but was not helpful 2 of 3 times I contacted them.

  • If only I could give a zero star

    This app apparently doesn't work very well. Every claim I've submitted through it has been denied due to lack of information.... W-E
  • No problems!

    I like being able to submit documentation thru the app from my phone camera. Makes life much easier!

    It needs a forgot your password link in the app instead of having to call or email

    This is the best way to monitor balances and status of your claims!!!

    Had to put info in 3 times; will not let you update or change profile info, screen locks up and doesn't respond
  • Cannot use

    It's impossible to even log in. Half the time it says "this user is found, but not able to log in" or tells me my password is incorrect - I've never been told my password was incorrect on the website. I don't even know what the app looks like past the log in screen.
