App keeps crashing

Photos are gone
Are we really waiting two years for an App update? We can’t transfer pictures or videos from the scope to an iPhone 7 and up. This is horrible customer service and not an American company. You should be ashamed of how you are treating the people who support and pay your salary.Rodney960
Needs updates.
Any good company should know 2 years is two years too long for an update. Running ios 13.1.2 and the latest Binox HD firmware and I'm still having issues where it says "allow obsidian to access photos in your permissions". THERE'S NO OPTION FOR THAT IN THE APP! I'm a new customer but I'm extremely disappointed a company who toughts their technology at a price point, won't update the software coinciding with their products...

Loved the product
This app used to allow me to watch everything in my scope with ease and no issues. I was hog hunting in South Texas 3 weeks ago and tried to connect, but it wouldn’t load the view through the scope. My crosshairs showed up. My angle, elevation, direction, etc. all showed up on the screen, but the actual imagine continued showing it was “loading” for about 3 hours. I tried turning off my phone and the scope to reboot, but it seems there is now a bug that isn’t getting fixed. What a shame.Show lessSqurelbate

The app repeatedly says it doesn’t have permission to access your camera/photo library yet there is no way of allowing access?
A shame because the other functions are useful and it’s a fairly smooth interface.Killerkeety
