Unable to view pics or video
I can't pull up any pictures or videos using my iPhone and the app. Most other features seem to be pretty stable except for the gallery. Also, can't edit the profile names, although I found you can export them to the card edit them on the card and then re-import them.JoeHarley13

Please fix the app for iPhone and iPads, you cannot view media files, app crashes back to your home screen every time you select your media.Skeeterjohn
Is this a joke???
I can connect to my X-Sight II and if I try to do anything else, the app crashes. Once in the app, the only thing I can do without it crashing is go to the ATN website. This must be a joke.reed16dodge
Garbage!!!!!
The app drops the wifi connection frequently and you can forget about using the galley function. If you select gallery it crashes and you have to reconnect the device.powergen25
ATN QA is a joke
ATNs products lack simple quality control. This app is a perfect representation of their lack of quality. Download the app, hit Gallery, and it crashes to home screen. Their other products suffer from the same quality issues.oldmadmunki

Crashes when viewing media
Also experiencing app crashing when trying to view media on the ATN Thor scope. Using iPhone 7+ and it immediately crashes when I press the media button after connecting the scope.jwramp

Filmed my first coyote hunt tonight... however the app won't let me view any of the pics/videos I took .. it worked fine before this update ... but now it's screwed upFart_Blower1736
