Worst Product Support EVER!!!
I have never bought another product that had such horrendous product support. When people dish out the kind of money I takes to purchase on of the ATN scopes, they should be able to at least talk with someone when they are having issues. Not with this company...their phone service is a continuous loop until it finally just hangs up on you!!! Sending an email never gets a response...and when or if you do, it’s so vague of a response that you realize you were better off just not asking!
I will never purchase another product from this company and will steer all of my friends in my shooting clubs to go elsewhere for their day/night Scope needs!!!Show lessx-sight II dissatisfied owner
Thor scope
Works well, would be nice to be able to record while streaming, Having a big issue trying to record video on Thor after turning off streaming.Lwood16
Terrible
This app used to work okay when I first used it about a year ago. I hadn't used it in a long time and just downloaded the new version. Now its just terrible. Can't watch what's going on through the scope. Can't see recorded photos or videos. Can't set profile names. Can't can't can't. It's pretty much worthless. I wouldn't hold my breath for ATN to fix it. They don't have a good track record of fixing things like this.Show lessSyd3Wynd3r
Was Nice - Not Now
Had the app set up with my X-Sight II on my 50 Beowulf. Worked great with zero connectivity problems.
Found out the Beowulf is WAY to expensive to play with so I purchased a Ruger 10/22 with a threaded barrel specifically for the X-Sight. The update came out before I had a chance to zero with the 10/22.
Horrible time trying to use the app. Would lose connection and lock up both the app and the scope. Force to remove the batteries to get the scope to unfreeze. Phone was less than two feet from the scope when trying to use.
I gave up after having to remove the batteries the third time. Had to turn off the app to be able to use the scope.
This happening while zeroing was majorly annoying. Having it happen on a hunt would be infuriating.

Thank you for your response. Sadly the last couple updates wasn't related to underlying connectivity functions. Please check if there aren't any working wi-fi networks while you are using heavy data dependent functions as video streaming. Also it is advised to use latest firmware for your X-Sight. If any problems will occur please let us know.It's ok

App is great for a spotter to use to identify targets and for easy configuration of settings when you don't want to sit behind the scope for several minutes to program it.DefconComputers
False advertising on Scope
Either get the newest IOS and ATN Firmware working together or we should all file a class action lawsuit for false advertising. I can't view media gallery without crashing and the LRF App will not connect at all. Come on ATN get off your asses and get our high priced toys fixed!!!Jmdc69

I almost bought an atn night scope that works with this app but changed manufacturer after noticing they haven't fixed the ap after knowing it hasn't worked for 2 months really ATN 2 months!Bored at soccer practice
Disappointed
App crashes on iPhone when trying to look at media but decent everywhere else. Media works fine on my iPad but the viewer is awful. Lags terribly and awful quality.reppepbb
