Love it!
So far I love this app! I read the Previous reviews but, so far I haven’t had any of those issues! I like that my tickets are convenient and right there.
Worst app on my phone
As a season ticket holder of over 20 years I am beyond disappointed that the Winterhawks can’t do better than this. App from day one has never worked properly (can’t load tickets, crashes endlessly so that listening to a game is useless). I finally took a photo of my season ticket holder card to show at the gate.

Getting worse
Unfortunately this app is not improving. It’s getting harder to use and buggier. Apple Wallet support has never worked and bringing up mobile tickets is a horrible experience. Please, please, please fix the app.
Check-in Sporadic
Can’t rely on check in feature. Stopped trying after several games where check in wasn’t available.
Worst app ever!!
Drawings never end when they say they do. Freezes up all the time!! Someone needs to do a lot better job!!
Horrible app
Worst app for team I’ve ever used. Never works at Coliseum or Moda! Constantly closes out as soon as you try to do Trivia. After 3 years of frustration I’m deleting app off phone.
Cannot log in
For some reason my login will not work this year. The app will not allow me to even reset the password. Everything has worked fine until this season. Have changes been made that I am not aware of.

Getting better but still needs improvement
Top line and trivia work. Rewards are back. But now the radio on the app won’t work and it will force close the app if I try to start the radio. It’s also frustrating that it won’t keep me logged in to my Ticketmaster account but I think that’s a Ticketmaster issue not related to or controlled by this app.

Radio Steaming
This app is garbage. The radio steam now doesn’t even work. It used to be it worked intermittently, but now it won’t even open. The Winterhawks need to up their game and get on a real radio station.
App crashes constantly
The app crashes constantly since the update five days ago. I have an iPhone XR with the latest software update. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall and so now I can’t log back in to my account because that’s crashes the app too.
