Keeps crashing on startup
As a Winterhawks fan, I've found the app to really quite useful. However, as I started to try and use it this current season, it keeps crashing upon startup. I've done all the usual troubleshooting and nothing has worked. Definitely disappointed and hoping for an update or fix to solve the issue.NM98
Really want to like it, but...
Good idea, but it so frequently just doesn’t work. Frozen for unbelievable amounts of time so often that it becomes an exercise in frustration to try and use it. Scoring on Too Line is terribly inconsistent. Have the time, we end up just shutting it down instead of trying to fight through the frustration. It feels like someone had a good idea for an app, but just got bored part way through the development.Show lessImagineifthisactuallyworked

Cannot transfer to Apple wallet. At game ticket wouldn’t scan. Had to go to ticket office. Why can’t I print? Horrible app. So frustrating!eewrite

Problems after update

Terrible
This has got to be the worse app ever developed! There’s always some part of it that doesn’t work. Radio cuts out, can’t check in, leaderboard is always wrong, and STILL no rewards store. Don’t know why I bother, disgusted.dhkivnk
Doesn’t work
After replacing my IPhone 7 Plus with the IPhone X Max the app no longer works. I have reached out for support and received no response. Very frustrating to say the least.Not Tiger

No longer wotks
Switched to iPhone XS and app won’t even open. Winterhawks switched to mobile entry only for ticket pkg holders and I can’t get to them without going to a browser now. Very disappointing as the app worked great on my iPhone 6s.riddler3274
