  • One of the worst login screens I’ve ever seen

    As the title of this review suggests, this is one of the worst login screens I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Honestly impressive how unresponsive and difficult to use it is. Well done Bell!
  • Doesn’t work!

    I downloaded for an easy way to access my account, however nothing has ever been able to load. I have tried opening the app multiple times and each time every section I try to enter is just a spinning loading wheel. Nothing ever loads.

    Major waste of time. Won’t show you your account details. Slow
  • Move to Rogers. Saves time and avoid late bills.

    I always have to call Bell to help me reset my passwords as it always says username and password invalid. This is the only way where I can “conveniently” pay my bills. Worst provider when it comes to apps. It’s why I will be moving to Rogers.

    Can’t access any of my services. Doesn’t recognize password. Useless.
  • Does not remember password

    The app always logs you out and does not remember your password. Also, the app does not work with the saved passwords on your iPhone, you so have to enter it manually. Very annoying.
  • Garbage app

    Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. If you can, change providers whose app recognizes your PW.
