    Terrible app. Garbage like their service. Nothing ever works. Have to change my password every time they send a bill.
  • Not that convenient

    Paying my bill on here requires a manual entry of my credit card. Using PC is easier because of saved credit cards and a full keyboard.

    I would rate this 0 stars but it won’t let me, app won’t even let me sign in with saved passwords, and its very laggy. For a major telecommunications company I am disappointed with their utilities app, you can’t do anything on here.
  • Does not work

    My first bill arrived. All I see is the total. I can only see the last four digits of my account number so I cant use that to log in. Another option is your phone number. I’m told my number is not registered with bell.

    I sent an email explaining the problem. They have not responded yet.

    I guess I will have to visit the local Bell store because I can’t pay my bill without the proper information. Maybe they should send me a paper bill. Less chance for that the screw up unless they won’t tell me my account number there either.

    So far not very impressed with Bell. Too many hoops to jump through.

    Can’t save password for login time to get with the program.

    App doesn’t let me log in or save a password.

    Worst UI have have seen in years. Such a waste of time. Correct your glitchy app.

    It’s like they’re asking me to not pay my bill, and then have the audacity to tell me I didn’t pay it.
  • Not okay.

    The only time this app ever worked for me to make a payment on my account, it took the payment from my bank twice. It was a significant payment too, close to $500, and at first they didn’t even believe me that it had happened. It took almost a week of gathering the right papers and documentation to get them to agree to refund me and then the refund itself took almost 2 weeks... don’t bother with this app (or BellMTS for that matter). Not worth it at all and may actually steal from you!

    I can’t wait for Valley Fibre to come to town so I can drop this terrible “high speed” internet you guys provide us.
