Best app for tips
I’ve been using this for over a year and it’s so helpful to figure out my best days and how much money I’ve been saving versus spending. With cash tips it’s hard to keep track of how much you really earn. This app is very helpful and I got my coworkers to download it too! The #1 Tips App for Servers hasn’t been updated in 6 years
I’m so aggravated with this, because if the developer would pay attention to the app, I’d give it 5 stars because I’ve used this app since 2017 across several different restaurants. It’s amazing, I love being able to see my history of income and the trends and other data. The ability to see this data in words is also fantastic when considering life changes. I’ve been out of the service industry for almost a year now, and am about to jump back in. I redownloaded this app and attempted to sign back in so I could assess what my schedule would need to look like to pay my bills. To my chagrin, the app started crashing immediately whenever I tried to log in. I mean like immediate crash after opening (once I pressed submit on my login). At some point, I guess I got in cuz I was able to view all my old stuff, and it stopped crashing. Left it alone for a while and just came back to it today to reevaluate, based on another restaurant I worked at more recently. The moment I switched restaurants, it began crashing again, immediately upon opening. I cannot open the app now.
If you are considering getting this app because Apple labeled it as “The #1 app for servers”, DO NOT GET IT!!! Or at least, check the version history to ensure it’s had an update more recently than six years ago. I don’t imagine any app developer is reading these anymore, so save yourself the data loss later and find a better app for logging tips.Show lessJdeGruy28

I have been using your app on my phone for months and absolutely love it. I realized last night I had never added the app to my iPad, but after adding it, my password wasn’t accepted. Trying to remember the password, I foolishly logged out on my phone thinking thumb recognition would help — well now I’m logged out. When requesting a login reset, “Unknown Error” box popped up.
I am beside myself because as a licensed tour guide, I rely heavily on this app to keep track of my tips and daily income.
Please assist me at your earlier convenience in navigating and requesting a new password. I would be heartbroken to have lost all of this information.Show lessmollys.soy.sauce
My Favorite of Them All
This is such a helpful (and I’d almost go so far to say necessary) tool to have as a professional server.
It’s simple and easy to use, and it really does just about everything. You can track multiple jobs, and multiple shifts - for the doublers out there (BLESS)! You can add multiple positions to each job so it’s simple and easy to track your income if you’re versatile and work different pay-rated positions in a week. I’ve seen some people review that you can’t change the “starting day” of the week, but that’s not true you CAN change it to be any day so you can adjust to any different/odd weekly pay period that your job might have. (I had a Wednesday to Tuesday once… it was impractical, but this app handled it just fine)
The user interface can be a little tricky, and took me a little bit to get used to ALL of it. But the simple stuff is SO simple. You just put your tips in.
The only small issues I have are:
1. On the monthly view scrolling from month to month is very difficult, as the screen keeps skip glitching back to todays month. Eventually you can get out, but it’s annoying.
2. If you work a shift in a non-tip, hourly only position, you still have to go in and put that you made $0.01 in tips for it to be able to include that shift in your hourly calculations for everything that week/month.
These are only minor issues to me and it is still my favorite tip tracking app after 5 years of serving.Show lessHeath222
App Crashed, 3 Years Data Lost
After using the app for around 3 years, I can no longer log into my account. No matter what device I try to access my account from, as soon as I log in, the app crashes. I feel very frustrated that I entrusted my data to the same app for all this time just to lose it all. I’ve sent multiple emails and submitted two tickets with no solution. The app needs to be updated, it’s been years and they never fixed the calendar scrolling glitch. Lost my information
Got a new phone and tried to recover my account, and it always says there’s an error and never sends me a recovery message. When I try to guess my password I can’t even get passed the login screen when the app crashes. Tried to go to the website for support and the website doesn’t work either so I can’t get in touch with anyone. App won’t allow me to login…then crashes every time I try to open app to login
App says latest update fixes these issues. I got a new phone with a new provider and when I tried to login on my new phone it gave an error message. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Big difference
I’ve used this app in the past. The last time was for almost 3 years. I left the service industry for 2 years and just recently came back. Of course I’m going to download it back because it worked perfectly. I tried to make an account because it would not let me log in. It says the email it already in use. Update ruined the app for me
This app used to work perfectly for me. I had 2 job profiles and everything worked smoothly. After the most recent update, my profiles were duplicated now showing 6 in total instead of 2. Whenever I go in to find the correct profile, the app crashes and I cannot get back into it unless I uninstall and reinstall the app only to have the same result. The worst app
I downloaded this and it worked great for the first hour. The next day it would disappear while I was entering info. Now if I click the app to open it shows up and disappears just as quick. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, I’ve turned my phone on and off, I’ve even reached out the the developer with a ticket expressing my problem at least a month ago and I’ve heard nothing back from them about what the issue is and it’s still not working.
