No customer service
The app itself is useful, however, my days one day was erased between a certain period. I emailed support and opened a case and received no response. It’s been over a month now and I’ve sent 5+ emails to support. Their customer service is non existent basically.victoria666.666
Lost all my tips
I have been using this app for years. I broke my old phone and when I went to log in it would not let me log in even after various password changes. I even messaged you on various social media platforms and have still not gotten a response. I have made a new account because I still need to track my income but I am extremely upset about losing all my previous shifts as well as the past years income for tax purposes. I would appreciate a response at all from the developer to resolve the issue to show some kind of interest in improving this app/maintaining the greatness because without this mishap, this app is great.Show lessalliheis
Missing one thing
I love the app, it is easy to use and accurate. The ability to make notes is awesome. My biggest complaint (and this feature seems to be missing from all of these types of apps) is that I make a % based commission on my total sales and not an hourly wage. I would really love a feature that would calculate my commission % based on the sales I input rather than just an hourly wage option.Show lessAbtsen
Great tracker
Been using for a year and a half now religiously and the only improvements I’d like to see would be if it would allow you to see a total monthly/weekly tip amount and also if there was a way it would let me figure my overtime wages into it as well just to be more accurate. I work a LOT of overtime so my wages are way off the actual earnings I have. I also haven’t been able to figure out how to backup the data from my iPad and access on my iPhone for some reason either.Show lessAckRite64
I’ve tried em all
Literally tried all of em! I’ve been in the game for 10 years, and this is the single only app that lets me report all my job, different positions at each job, track tip out at some but not others. It’s totally customizable. I’ve never found one so perfectly made for the industry life. Thank you to whoever made this little gem!
(Only only only request I could make is to let us add up all jobs up for the week, combine them to see my weekly total income, average /hour wages combined, etc like it does desperately for each job. Fingers crossed because that would help my accounting greatly.)Show lessthestarNK
Great app; needs improvement
This app is definitely a great way to track money, and is awesome with the graphs. However, I don’t like the way it’s set up with the credit card/cash tips and tip out. Also, when I click back on a previous day (to edit the time I worked or for whatever reason) it erases my tip out! So annoying and makes things inaccurate! I would be so much happier if that glitch was fixed.Show lesssara46322
Pretty good
I love this app, it’s helpful in comparing this to my paycheck because our accountant has had mess ups before. My only complaint is that when I add my tip out amount, if I click on a day to look back at it, it says 0 and then recalculates my earnings for that day as if I had a 0 dollar tip out and I don’t have my reports to remember what my tip out was for that day. So now my income looks higher. I wish it would automatically stay at the number I put in so I could look at the shift again without it automatically changing to 0.Show lessKWKathryn
Is this the Worst tips tracker ever???
I’ve been using justthetips to record my tips for over 2 years and to me instead of improving it has gotten much worse. While the interface seems easy to use its the back end of the app that is the real let down. Even though you back up data,(which by the way the developers claim occurs automatically), your data is never really backed up and you run the risk of losing your data. This has happened to me on multiple occasions including most recently after a device change.Show lessRicciRicardo
Can’t login
This app is been absolutely amazing for keeping track of my tips. I have been using the app for 3 years and it has always been reliable. However, I got a new phone last week, and when I tried to login to the app it keeps saying it’s temporarily unavailable. Thank God I record my tips on my computer as well, but I lost all of February’s entries. I even tried registering under a different email, just to have access to the app. This has been going on for over a week. So if you can get the app to open it’s awesome, but if you wind up needing to get a new phone make sure you’re ok with losing the info.Show lesstealcarinne87
Great app
I love this app it is simple clean and most importantly free and all the features you can ever need are free no reason to pay for another app. I have been using it for awhile to keep track of my income and it’s so helpful because we all know budgeting with tips as your income is kinda hard!
