I like keeping track of how much money I take home, my tip outs and my hours and with this app I can do it all for free. The added bonus is having the tracking of what my best days are in word format and a bar graph. LOVE IT
This is a great app that every server/bartender should use. I used to keep spreadsheets to track these things, as well as stacks of folded up cashouts… this is super handy and intuitive. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to make the “this week last year” field a hotkey to jump to that week, last year, and have the ability to automatically import calendars such as public holidays. This app is great!
As an entertainer I try to stay as organized as I can with my tips. Previously I used the app ‘TipSee’ and HATED the interface and the constant annoying ads that prevented me from using the app sometimes. I love all the different features and interface this app has however I wish it did include data such as “highest tip day/ low tip day” as well as “highest $$ made an hour/ lowest. Could use some added features
I’ve been searching for an app to track my tips. In the restaurant where I work, our credit card tips are paid out by direct deposit every two weeks.
I wish there was a feature that separated my cash/credit tips in an easy to see way instead of having to log into each day to see the breakdown. I also wish there was an option to breakdown what we’ve made by pay period instead of only seeing the weekly view.Show lesskatienjax
USED to Love this app!
I used to absolutely LOVE this app! I would recommend it to everyone that asked about it or asked what to use to track what they are making. In the service industry most people are always looking for an app to track their cash/income/tips. I swore by this app always... that is until a certain update. I haven’t been able to use my app, let alone just open it for that matter, in YEARS!!!! I thought there would be another update that would fix this issue... NOPE! NOTHING! It’s quite frustrating! Says I made $500 on Mon; Actually only made $40
I’m not sure why it’s miscounting everything lately but I know I haven’t made 1700. I’ve really only made about 1100 and it even says that in List view when I add each day up. But when I look at the summary, it switches somehow to say I’ve made more without telling me where that came from. Highly inaccurate app/would not recommendShow lessf'ness
Easy way to keep track of income!
I love this app. Simple, easy to use.
I would just like to recommend to the app makers that they add a setting to change how each week is tracked. It’s one day off from the pay period at my job, so it’s harder (but not impossible) to figure out what I’m actually making week to week and what to expect on my next paycheck. If I were able to manually set up the pay period within the app, I could fix this discrepancy and wouldn’t have to resort to manual calculations to figure out what next weeks direct deposit will look like. (I get all my credit tips each week on my paycheck, which is why the lack of this feature is particularly bothersome to me).
Additionally, offering a feature that calculates tax deductions, enabling the user to see both gross and net income, would be a wonderful improvement.
All in all the, a great app that does exactly what it’s advertised to do and maybe even a little more. If you’re like most tipped employees and receive all your tips at the end of each shift, the improvements I suggested above probably wouldn’t even affect your use of the app much, so it’s perfect for you as is!Show lessaddictedtothefrogs
Great tip tracker
It’s the best tip tracking app that I have tried so far, the only issue I have is that there doesn’t seem to be a wag to change the beginning of your work week once it’s chosen. I picked Friday but then my schedule changed and I’d like to change the first day of my week back to Monday but I can’t! Not a big issue, just a little thing that bothers me. I’m very frustrated with this app and support team right now
Ive never left a review for an app if this says anything about how frustrated I am. I’ve been using the app for a year now and only had minor glitching issues up until recently. Then about 3 days ago I couldn’t open the app. I’d click on it and it would immediately shut down. I force closed it. I tried restarting my phone, didn’t work. So I deleted the app and reinstalled. Tried to log in and used every possible password I could think of. Nothing worked and I got locked from trying any more. So I tried to reset my password. Wouldn’t let me. I got a message that said “Unknown Error: We apologize but an unexpected system error occurred. Please try again momentarily.” It’s been saying that for 3 days now... I’ve emailed support, messaged on Facebook and Instagram over the last 3 days and have gotten no response. I need to access my data for tax reasons. And I’m starting to worry I’ve lost all of it. Please someone help. Hoping this review will get me a response from support since nothing else has proven successful.... :/Show lesssisco.disco
Best tip tracking app I’ve tried!
I’ve tried several tip tracking apps and most, if not all of them, make you pay for tracking specifics, or adding an hourly wage, or having multiple jobs, etc. This one tracks everything I could want for free! It’s super user friendly and easy to use and navigate. I absolutely love this app!ibecassieg
