Terrible app but could be great if Goodyear had an IT department
What good is the app if I cannot access the service ticket information? Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changes. Goodyear if you are expected to be a leader in the tire industry fix this lousy app so tech and drivers can keep you making money.
The worst
I use this app for work and it freezes all the time. When they refresh the page it get even slower

App keeps freezing also loses my ticket and canโt reload to find it having to keep calling fleet hq instead worse app ever sense last update

Updates
The last update was terrible .I couldnโt even check the past complete jobs in order. I hope this update is better. I didn't think there was anything wrong with the app before the last update.
Got worse..
Since the most recent update, the app has gotten more difficult to use. I have to RE-register my phone every, single time I open it and I have to close it and reopen it every time I get a new service call. A viscous cycle. Feels more like a downgrade than update.
Boycotting
Iโm boycotting Goodyear because they oppose Conservative values. Go woke, go broke.
Not great
When you push en route and it tells you the ticket is too old and you are within the time limit this is a waste of time because we have to sit on the phone with fleethq for 20 minutes when we should be working on the customers vehicle huge huge waste of time needs to be more efficient
Not bad
Works pretty well. The only things I would change are make it to where you can still see the call notes after you have marked returned and if it's a long roll time let me enter a note why so I don't have to call fleethq. Also occasionally when I mark arrived I have to restart the app because it will freeze.

I have to renter my number every time just get into the app and I canโt do that when I'm driving just a pain
