Terrible
Extremely slow app, I have to reset the app multiple times just to submit info for one service call. It is also pretty dumb we have more paperwork to fill out since getting this app than before we got it.
Not working right
Will not lode my tickets an give the info for me
Need sync with fleet HQ
Sometimes, we do complete the job, but the tech did not uses the application,
So when we call to give the roll time, it should get marked as completes into the app..
Right now i'm stuck with 10-12 road call completed but still marked as not completed..
We have over 20 employees and not all of then use it.. Some of them work night shift.. Its pretty hard to get everyone to use it..
Is there a way to fix that on my end without giving false complete information??

Worth app ever
It won't let you get on it. It tell you to get with your manager. My manager can't get on it either. Don't waste your time
