Good but can do with some improvement
It says in the app that you can add more than 1 event as a widget to your iPhone (I have the 12 pro) but it will only let me add one and everytime I click on the Home Screen and hold it down to search for Days to put up it only shows the 1 event when I have 2 saved.
Also it would be handy to be able to change the font colour/size and maybe put a background in it as the white text is too faint against most images. Other than that it works well and happy to have 1 of them sitting on my Home Screen to remind me with a personalised photo also.Show lessskippy_aus
The best app I've ever installed
I have a widget for Days on my homepage and I have used it for every single important event since I downloaded it. The simplicity and usability of the Days app are unparalleled, and I see it as a massive improvement over the Calendar app.
The only thing that I would like is if the app was made completely free. Now, I understand that developers have to make money, so I'd like to recommend that the devs should add a way to donate to support them.
In general, this would increase the downloads of the app, and increase the retainment rate of users, and would also likely increase the amount of money earned, due to the donation not being a requirement for full use of the app, but instead an act of goodwill.
I hope the developers read this and understand my point of view.

Thanks for replying, the app itself is great. But I don’t agree/consent to data used to ‘track me’. Data can be collected anonymously. What is there need to collect data that can be identified to me? The best would be to NOT collect data at all. The app itself it great, however since I don’t consent to data collection policies, I have deleted.

I have tried many countdown app over the last few months. This app is super easy to use. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I love the widget as well. It automatically changes to the next event I have coming up. I like how you can use the images in the app (there are many to choose from) or use your own image.Show lessLady18Bugz

I used to love using this app but now all of a sudden it refuses to let me pick a photo from my album to have as the event picture! It just won’t select the image I tapEm.Mottram
Days app
Really nice app to use and I am enjoying the widgets. Simple to use and lovely aesthetics. One suggestion would be for the preference for event format (intelligent/days/custom) - it would be handy to change this preference for individual events (so you could have one particular event countdown showing the countdown in days, another event counting down by the intelligent preference, etc). Definitely recommend this app.Show lessej.
Love it — Would love iCloud sync even more!
Great app, beautifully designed and definitely looks more premium than all of the other countdown apps. My only suggestion is to add iCloud syncing – I was surprised that this wasn’t there already when I downloaded the app on my iPad and there was no option to sign in.Benjip

I would just like to thank the creators for not charging a premium for having a singular countdown widget added to my home screen. This was like the 5th or 6th countdown app I installed. All the others before were locked behind a pay wall. 5 stars easy. It even lets you search the unsplash image database for background photos.Show lessHugPeter
Really Nice but Needs Work
Just downloaded the app - overall I really like the concept but the implementation needs work. My main use for it is to view the iOS 14 widgets. Here lies the issues:
1. **Fixed in latest release**
The Set Image Focus in the app does not line up with the image shown in the widget...why? The image in widget is lower and I can’t get it to change
2. It would be great to have a Medium-size widget (2x4) be able to contain two events side by side - that way you can see more events in one “view”.
3. Weird cropping ends up blowing up the image used in Focus Image and Widget. I don’t know why this happens but it doesn’t make sense to me. It’s taking me an hour to find an image that looks good after cropping. It should be much easier.
4. It would be great to add an option to what action occurs when clicking on the widget. I’d like to have it open up the main app page and see all my events. Right now it takes me into the shown event to edit it. So I’m always having to press BackShow lesscdudek
Great App
The best widget app I’ve seen in App Store! I really like the design of both app and widget.
The one more feature I will want to have is the ability to change which event I want to see in the widget. (Currently I can only see the nearest event.) It would be really great to have this feature! Thanks!Show lessAhmed Gelemli
