Noticed a lot of the reviews are negative and really old, so I thought I’d write one! I use this app regularly to check out events and news and whatnot. It’s definitely not the best designed app but it does the job, completely decenthedgehog_baker

Half the app doesn’t work
Recently downloaded the app to be able to access my membership card and it doesn’t work. You can’t access it from the app, the special events aren’t accurate or updated regularly. Nothing is correct this app. I honestly expected more from my favorite zoobells_343
Decent App
The 1 star reviews are quite old.
It appears they made significant changes since the last update, although it was 9 months ago - I’d like to see continual improvements/amenities.
I became a member and entered my info and it found the info right away. I have to get a verification code from guest services as stated on the email I received.
The app is a little slow sometimes, but has a lot of information. I’d like to use it to its full potential once everything is normalized after Covid.Show lessHotWingsScott

Doesn’t do the one thing
Only wanted it for one thing: virtual membership card. Doesn’t work. I’m a longtime member and the renewal website certainly recognizes my info but this app doesn’t. Insult to injury; there are no instructions or contact information saying what to do if it fails. Love the zoo; hate the appomahaiko
Can’t even look up my membership
Put in all my information and it tells me they can’t find my membership. I guess I will continue to use my card.Belitz_13
