A missed opportunity
It’s pretty disappointing that the “world’s largest zoo” receiving loads of support (cash) from Omaha corporations and individuals has such a poorly designed app. Map doesn’t work. Membership link doesn’t work. A lot of the content points to the zoo website.
I was also greatly surprised there isn’t an interactive guide for walking around the zoo. It’d be nice to have information for the area your standing in available on your phone.Show lessDirk Niblick

Zoo staff resolved problem
I contacted the Omaha Zoo staff about the app not displaying my card info. They resolved my problem displaying my membership card by providing a verification code for me. They were so quick to respond to my request for assistance.Dana9909
Abandonware
No updates in almost a year.
The zoo layout has changed dramatically within the last year, making the map almost useless.
The app also lists upcoming events (animal feeding/training...) which are on incorrect days at best.Dinoval576
Logo over animal faces
Cool opening page for kids to watch, but the zoo logo covers almost all the animal faces. Move it down and allow the user to enjoy the interactive page.appsRcool01

Downloaded this based on the recommendation on the zoo website. While I’m sure the rest of the ap is okay the main point was to have my membership card in the app.
It asks for a verification code. Where is that found? No help or FAQ in the Ap.Jen097531
