Can’t see or pay my booking through app on phone or iPad

App not working correctly, can’t pay or see any of my bookings in the app, the app just pulses on your bookings and does not open any just blank, plz sort out, have to keep going online to see or pay via laptop which is less convenient

Handy and easy to use

Great to have all my booking info in the one place without the need to search through emails. Plus can search for my next holiday using the app whilst I’m away!

Such a beautiful app and so simple to use. Much more user friendly than other ones I have used in the past. Especially appreciate the use of bright colours and range of options.

So easy to use and cheap prices

I’ve been using the Travel Republic app for years - it’s so easy to use and convenient for when you want to browse or check or amend your upcoming booking

Good 8/10

Used TR to travel in a group of 5 to Magaluf in September. Unbeatable prices compared to Jet2, Lastminute and Loveholidays. Customer service are super friendly, helpful and professional, apart from the odd handler who obviously is there to collect a pay check. Easy to book, easy to arrange payment schedules/methods.
Bad points: app interface could be smoother, less confusing cost breakdown i.e; flights = , insurance = … to this date I don’t know the breakdown and one of our flights were cancelled so I don’t even know if we were overcharged for the new flights.
That said, I’ve given a 5* review on the basis that TR has access to resorts and hotels that are otherwise fully booked directly and the amazing prices with comprehensive deals. The other group we flew with they paid £520pp for their stay, we paid £290pp with the emission of breakfast and the pool parties.

Doesn’t work

Received an error message upon installing.

Cancelled booking??

Although I understand things are difficult in the current situation I feel very frustrated that I cannot talk to anyone directly. TR cancelled a holiday I had for beg. August and then received another email several days later to say they’d be taking the payment balance of my holiday out of my bank. After trying to phone several times during updated times for the office to be open and emailing several times with no acknowledgement or reply I feel I need to let people know. So now I do t know whether I’m supposed to go on the holiday as it still shows in my bookings, if the payment will be taken out of my bank even though they’ve said it’s cancelled or that they have received the option of ‘refund’ as they offered on original cancellation. I wouldn’t book with this company right now, seems very dodgy!!!

Usable app

Been trying to open the app to do a search but it just won’t open a home screen flashes and then disappears again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn’t appear to be working so for that reason I’m going to give it a one star. However if the improvements are made then I am happy to review my rating.

I still have to say that the customer services that they have on here is some of the worst I have ever experienced as it takes days for them to reply and then they give you their answer but you’re not allowed to reply back to them you just have to accept what they tell you and that is it, very poor. 😡

Keeps shutting down

Since the last upgrade 2 weeks ago I have to keep deleting and re downloading the app. It works for a day or two, then suddenly it shuts down as soon as I try and open it and I have to delete & download again. So frustrating .

Crashes

Update has made it just crash on opening. Is this a secret ploy to stop people trying to get in touch! First the my booking area went offline, not the whole app. Considering there’s no response to any emails I send about my holiday, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was part of a plan. Avoid TR for booking holidays I would say. Poor customer service.
